El Reto del Codise\u00f1o en el Aula Multigrado"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n<p>Recientemente, ha llegado a nuestras manos un documento t\u00e9cnico emitido por la <a href='https:\/\/gestion.cte.sep.gob.mx\/insumos\/docs\/2526_s3_t3_multigrado_insumo2.pdf'>SEP CTE<\/a> que detalla una experiencia exitosa de implementaci\u00f3n de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana (NEM) en un jard\u00edn de ni\u00f1os multigrado en Hidalgo. El caso presenta una narrativa donde el <strong>codise\u00f1o curricular<\/strong> y los <strong>Proyectos de Relevancia Social<\/strong> logran amalgamar las matem\u00e1ticas, el lenguaje y las artes en un entorno flexible y situado. Sobre el papel, el modelo se presenta como la panacea para la educaci\u00f3n rural, transformando la limitante de tener varios grados en un mismo sal\u00f3n en una ventaja pedag\u00f3gica basada en el aprendizaje entre pares.<\/p>\n<h2>La Arquitectura del Proyecto: De la Teor\u00eda a la Praxis<\/h2>\n<p>El coraz\u00f3n de esta experiencia radica en la transici\u00f3n del <strong>Programa Sint\u00e9tico<\/strong> al <strong>Programa Anal\u00edtico<\/strong>. No se trata de seguir un libro de texto al pie de la letra, sino de un ejercicio de autonom\u00eda profesional donde el docente diagnostica el entorno comunitario y dise\u00f1a una ruta de aprendizaje. El proceso se divide en seis fases cr\u00edticas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Diagn\u00f3stico y Asamblea:<\/strong> El proyecto no es impuesto; nace de la curiosidad del alumno y el contexto socioeducativo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planificaci\u00f3n Flexible:<\/strong> Una planeaci\u00f3n que admite la incertidumbre y se ajusta seg\u00fan las propuestas infantiles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Implementaci\u00f3n Multimodal:<\/strong> El uso de la transversalidad, donde, por ejemplo, el cubismo de Picasso sirve para entender la geometr\u00eda o el uso de la onza para comprender medidas de capacidad locales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n Formativa:<\/strong> Se sustituye la calificaci\u00f3n punitiva por diarios de trabajo, fichas socioeducativas individuales y la autoevaluaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\n    \u00abEl docente deja de ser un instructor para convertirse en un dise\u00f1ador pedag\u00f3gico y mediador del aprendizaje\u00bb.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: El choque con el terreno<\/h2>\n<p>Como editores de <em>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico<\/em>, nuestro deber es preguntar: <strong>\u00bfEs este modelo replicable en la gran mayor\u00eda de las escuelas multigrado del pa\u00eds, o estamos ante un caso excepcional de &#8216;pilotaje ideal&#8217;?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuando contrastamos esta narrativa con la realidad cotidiana del maestro rural mexicano, surgen tensiones inevitables. Primero, hablemos de la <strong>carga administrativa<\/strong>. El modelo propone diarios de trabajo, fichas socioeducativas individuales por alumno y una planeaci\u00f3n flexible y constante. Para un docente que atiende tres grados simult\u00e1neamente, gestiona la infraestructura precaria de su plantel y cumple con las demandas burocr\u00e1ticas de la supervisi\u00f3n, \u00bfcu\u00e1nto tiempo real queda para el \u00abdise\u00f1o pedag\u00f3gico\u00bb sin caer en el agotamiento profesional (burnout)?<\/p>\n<p>Segundo, la <strong>participaci\u00f3n familiar<\/strong>. El caso de Hidalgo describe familias activas y colaboradoras. Sin embargo, en vastas zonas del pa\u00eds, el docente se enfrenta a contextos de migraci\u00f3n, desintegraci\u00f3n familiar o padres con jornadas laborales extenuantes que hacen que la \u00abparticipaci\u00f3n activa\u00bb sea, en la pr\u00e1ctica, una lucha cuesta arriba. \u00bfPuede el proyecto sostenerse cuando el soporte comunitario es fr\u00e1gil?<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la <strong>autonom\u00eda profesional<\/strong>. La NEM pide al maestro que sea un investigador y dise\u00f1ador. Pero, \u00bfest\u00e1 el sistema realmente preparado para aceptar el error o la incertidumbre que conlleva una planeaci\u00f3n no lineal? A menudo, la presi\u00f3n administrativa sigue exigiendo evidencias r\u00edgidas y resultados cuantificables, chocando frontalmente con la naturaleza procesual de la evaluaci\u00f3n formativa.<\/p>\n<p>El modelo es brillante en su concepci\u00f3n y dignifica la escuela multigrado, pero corremos el riesgo de convertir el &#8216;codise\u00f1o&#8217; en una nueva etiqueta administrativa si no se acompa\u00f1a de una reducci\u00f3n real de la carga burocr\u00e1tica y un apoyo situado al docente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para abrir el debate en los comentarios:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. \u00bfConsideras que la flexibilidad que propone el Programa Anal\u00edtico es una libertad real o una transferencia de la responsabilidad del dise\u00f1o curricular totalmente al docente?<\/p>\n<p>2.
