Un aumento del 13% es, sin duda, una noticia positiva para el bolsillo, pero \u00bfresuelve la precariedad de las instalaciones, la falta de materiales o el agotamiento mental derivado de grupos superpoblados? <\/p>\n<p>Para el directivo, el incremento salarial puede reducir la conflictividad laboral a corto plazo, pero no elimina la tensi\u00f3n de gestionar escuelas con presupuestos insuficientes para mantenimiento b\u00e1sico.
