Seg\u00fan informa <a href='https:\/\/snte.org.mx\/blog\/comunicado-15-2026\/'>SNTE Noticias<\/a>, la dirigencia encabezada por Alfonso Cepeda Salas busca consolidar una serie de conquistas que van desde la autonom\u00eda sindical hasta reformas estructurales en la seguridad social. El discurso es claro: el magisterio no solo busca beneficios propios, sino establecer un est\u00e1ndar de derechos laborales para todo el funcionariado p\u00fablico en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<h2>Los ejes de la reivindicaci\u00f3n sindical<\/h2>\n<p>La agenda del SNTE se articula en torno a cuatro pilares fundamentales que pretenden blindar la situaci\u00f3n del docente: <strong>la dignidad laboral, la certeza jur\u00eddica, la libertad de organizaci\u00f3n y la obtenci\u00f3n de salarios y pensiones justas<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Uno de los puntos m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos es la propuesta de reforma a la <strong>Ley del ISSSTE<\/strong>. El sindicato plantea dos objetivos t\u00e9cnicos pero de gran impacto humano: incrementar el n\u00famero de Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA) que sirven como tope salarial y, lo m\u00e1s ambicioso, transitar del sistema de cuentas individuales hacia un modelo de <strong>\u00abbeneficio definido\u00bb<\/strong>, buscando que el retiro del maestro sea realmente sostenible.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n  \u00abLa autonom\u00eda sindical y el reconocimiento de los derechos laborales no son concesiones, sino la base para que el magisterio sea el eje de la transformaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds\u00bb.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A esto se suma una alianza estrat\u00e9gica con las autoridades gubernamentales, donde el sindicato alinea sus objetivos con la visi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica del Estado, condicionando su apoyo a la estabilidad y mejora de las condiciones laborales de sus agremiados.<\/p>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: Entre el Pleno y el Aula<\/h2>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed es donde la informaci\u00f3n choca con la realidad escolar. Mientras en los Plenos se discuten topes de UMA y reformas a la Ley del ISSSTE, el maestro frente a grupo se pregunta: <strong>\u00bfde qu\u00e9 sirve una pensi\u00f3n digna en veinte a\u00f1os si hoy la salud mental y f\u00edsica se agota en el presente?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Existe una brecha anal\u00edtica profunda entre la <em>agenda corporativa<\/em> y la <em>vivencia pedag\u00f3gica<\/em>. La autonom\u00eda sindical, celebrada como una victoria jur\u00eddica, a menudo se percibe en las escuelas como una estructura jer\u00e1rquica donde la voz del docente de base llega filtrada por m\u00faltiples niveles de mando. Mientras el sindicato negocia la \u00abcerteza jur\u00eddica\u00bb, el directivo escolar lidia con la incertidumbre de la carga administrativa excesiva y la falta de infraestructura b\u00e1sica en sus planteles.<\/p>\n<p>Es v\u00e1lido cuestionar: \u00bfLa alineaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica del SNTE con el gobierno actual se traduce en una mejora real de los materiales did\u00e1cticos y la seguridad en las escuelas, o se queda en una negociaci\u00f3n de beneficios administrativos para la c\u00fapula y el retiro para el docente?
