{"id":2725,"date":"2026-05-17T07:30:24","date_gmt":"2026-05-17T13:30:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ddmx.cc\/blog\/archivos\/2725"},"modified":"2026-05-17T07:30:24","modified_gmt":"2026-05-17T13:30:24","slug":"multigrado-y-nem-ventaja-pedagogica-o-utopia-administrativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ddmx.cc\/blog\/archivos\/2725","title":{"rendered":"Multigrado y NEM: \u00bfVentaja Pedag\u00f3gica o Utop\u00eda Administrativa?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica ha emitido las orientaciones para la Sexta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE) del ciclo 2025-2026, un documento que pone el foco en uno de los escenarios m\u00e1s complejos y, a menudo, invisibilizados del sistema educativo mexicano: la escuela multigrado. Seg\u00fan se detalla en las <a href='https:\/\/gestion.cte.sep.gob.mx\/insumos\/docs\/2526_s6_multi_orientaciones_Tema3.pdf'>Orientaciones de la SEP<\/a>, el objetivo es consolidar la metodolog\u00eda de proyectos de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana (NEM), transformando la diversidad de edades y niveles en el aula no como un obst\u00e1culo, sino como una oportunidad de aprendizaje situado y colaborativo.<\/p>\n<h2>Ejes Rectores: Del Diagn\u00f3stico a la Acci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>El documento propone un giro paradigm\u00e1tico. Ya no se trata de que el docente de multigrado intente replicar seis programas distintos en un mismo sal\u00f3n, sino de implementar un <strong>aprendizaje situado e interdisciplinario<\/strong>. Los puntos clave se centran en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La Autonom\u00eda Profesional:<\/strong> Se busca que el CTE deje de ser un espacio de descarga administrativa para convertirse en una comunidad de aprendizaje donde el saber pr\u00e1ctico del docente sea la base de las decisiones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Perspectiva de G\u00e9nero:<\/strong> Enmarcado en el a\u00f1o de Margarita Maza Parada, se insta a erradicar estereotipos y pr\u00e1cticas sexistas desde la ra\u00edz comunitaria.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Metodolog\u00eda por Proyectos:<\/strong> Se enfatiza la necesidad de un diagn\u00f3stico pedag\u00f3gico profundo que permita vincular los contenidos acad\u00e9micos con la realidad social y cultural del alumno.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n y Mejora:<\/strong> El uso de herramientas cualitativas (diarios de trabajo, registros anecd\u00f3ticos) y la revisi\u00f3n del Proceso de Mejora Continua (PMC) para medir el avance real en el aprovechamiento acad\u00e9mico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: Donde la teor\u00eda choca con el aula<\/h2>\n<p>Desde nuestra l\u00ednea editorial, nos preguntamos: <strong>\u00bfEs viable trasladar esta sofisticaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica a la realidad de las escuelas rurales m\u00e1s marginadas de M\u00e9xico?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El documento habla de \u00abtransformar la diversidad en oportunidad\u00bb, un concepto hermoso en el papel. Sin embargo, el docente multigrado en M\u00e9xico no solo es el gu\u00eda pedag\u00f3gico; a menudo es el administrador, el gestor de infraestructura, el enlace comunitario y, en ocasiones, el \u00fanico adulto responsable de grupos que van desde primero hasta sexto grado. Pedir un <em>\u00abdiagn\u00f3stico profundo que trascienda los datos estad\u00edsticos\u00bb<\/em> implica un tiempo de observaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis que colisiona frontalmente con la carga administrativa que a\u00fan asfixia al magisterio.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abLa resiliencia\u00bb, t\u00e9rmino utilizado en los insumos pedag\u00f3gicos, suele ser la palabra elegante para describir la capacidad del maestro de hacer milagros con materiales inexistentes o en planteles con servicios b\u00e1sicos deficientes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Asimismo, la propuesta de convertir el CTE en un espacio de di\u00e1logo cr\u00edtico se enfrenta a una cultura burocr\u00e1tica arraigada. \u00bfPuede un colectivo docente reflexionar genuinamente sobre su pr\u00e1ctica cuando la presi\u00f3n del supervisor sigue centrada en la entrega de formatos y el cumplimiento de cronogramas r\u00edgidos? El riesgo es que la \u00abautonom\u00eda profesional\u00bb se convierta en una transferencia de responsabilidad: que el sistema le diga al maestro \u00abt\u00fa decide c\u00f3mo resolverlo\u00bb, sin proporcionarle los recursos materiales ni la reducci\u00f3n de carga administrativa necesaria para que esa decisi\u00f3n sea pedag\u00f3gicamente viable.<\/p>\n<h2>Debate Abierto<\/h2>\n<p>Para cerrar este an\u00e1lisis, dejamos al colectivo docente y directivo las siguientes interrogantes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. \u00bfEs posible implementar una verdadera metodolog\u00eda de proyectos en aulas multigrado sin que esto signifique una duplicaci\u00f3n del tiempo de planificaci\u00f3n del docente?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u00bfDe qu\u00e9 manera podemos transitar de un CTE de \u00abcumplimiento administrativo\u00bb a uno de \u00abreflexi\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica\u00bb sin que el docente sienta que est\u00e1 descuidando sus obligaciones normativas?<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica ha emitido las orientaciones para la Sexta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE) del ciclo 2025-2026, un documento que pone el foco en uno de los escenarios m\u00e1s complejos y, a menudo, invisibilizados del sistema educativo mexicano: la escuela multigrado.
