El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n

Llegamos a la S\u00e9ptima Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE) del ciclo 2025-2026. Las Orientaciones de la SEP<\/a> nos invitan a reflexionar sobre la planeaci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica, defini\u00e9ndola no como un tr\u00e1mite, sino como el coraz\u00f3n de nuestra autonom\u00eda profesional. Pero, \u00bfestamos ante un cambio de paradigma pedag\u00f3gico o ante una sofisticaci\u00f3n del deber ser que ignora las paredes de nuestras escuelas?<\/p>\n

Desglose: La planeaci\u00f3n como ejercicio de vida<\/h2>\n

El documento oficial hace \u00e9nfasis en tres pilares: la autonom\u00eda profesional<\/strong> como derecho hist\u00f3rico, la planeaci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica<\/strong> como nivel final de concreci\u00f3n del Codise\u00f1o, y la transformaci\u00f3n del CTE en un espacio de intercambio genuino. Se nos pide abandonar la linealidad curricular y abrazar una planeaci\u00f3n ‘viva’, flexible y situada, mientras se prepara el terreno para el cierre del Programa de Mejora Continua y se impulsan jornadas de prevenci\u00f3n social, como la lucha contra las adicciones.<\/p>\n

La Realidad Escolar: El choque entre la teor\u00eda y la tiza<\/h2>\n

Aqu\u00ed es donde el discurso se encuentra con la realidad escolar. La SEP propone una ‘planeaci\u00f3n situada’, pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 sucede cuando la autonom\u00eda profesional se topa con la saturaci\u00f3n de formatos exigidos por la supervisi\u00f3n escolar? El magisterio mexicano se encuentra en una paradoja: se nos pide flexibilidad y an\u00e1lisis profundo en el CTE, pero la carga administrativa y la presi\u00f3n por la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas estandarizada obligan, muchas veces, a llenar el papel para cumplir con el ‘visto bueno’ de la autoridad, m\u00e1s que con la necesidad real del estudiante.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo puede un docente ejercer su autonom\u00eda profesional cuando los tiempos de descarga administrativa son inexistentes y el CTE se convierte en el \u00fanico espacio donde se nos permite, brevemente, pensar?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

La intenci\u00f3n del documento es loable: evitar la improvisaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, la realidad en las aulas, especialmente en contextos de alta marginaci\u00f3n o escuelas multigrado, nos demuestra que la ‘planeaci\u00f3n viva’ requiere condiciones materiales que, por ahora, son una utop\u00eda. La desconexi\u00f3n entre la exigencia de un ‘codise\u00f1o perfecto’ y la precariedad de los tiempos de planeaci\u00f3n fuera de la jornada laboral sigue siendo el elefante en la habitaci\u00f3n de cada sesi\u00f3n de consejo.<\/p>\n

Para generar debate:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Si la autonom\u00eda profesional es un derecho, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 la planeaci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica sigue siendo evaluada mayoritariamente por su forma y no por el impacto pedag\u00f3gico real en el aula?<\/p>\n

2. \u00bfEs posible transitar hacia un espacio de ‘codise\u00f1o y reflexi\u00f3n’ en el CTE cuando el colectivo docente llega exhausto tras una semana de gesti\u00f3n administrativa y social que supera los l\u00edmites de su funci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
