En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el <a href='https:\/\/snte.org.mx\/blog\/comunicado-16-2026\/'>SNTE Noticias<\/a> ha emitido un comunicado donde se detallan los acuerdos alcanzados bajo la administraci\u00f3n de la Presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo. El documento no solo celebra la conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda del Trabajo, sino que traza una hoja de ruta centrada en la recuperaci\u00f3n del poder adquisitivo, la viabilidad de las pensiones y un hito administrativo: la basificaci\u00f3n de un mill\u00f3n de docentes.<\/p>\n<h2>Los Ejes del Acuerdo: Salarios, Plazas y Normativa<\/h2>\n<p>El comunicado se articula sobre tres pilares fundamentales que buscan revertir lo que el sindicato califica como el \u00abmodelo neoliberal\u00bb de precarizaci\u00f3n. En primer lugar, se destaca la <strong>basificaci\u00f3n de un mill\u00f3n de maestras y maestros<\/strong>, una medida que pretende eliminar la incertidumbre laboral de miles de profesionales. En segundo lugar, se establece un piso salarial basado en el <strong>salario medio del IMSS de 2024<\/strong>, con la promesa de que los incrementos superen la inflaci\u00f3n anual.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el documento sugiere un cambio paradigm\u00e1tico en la gesti\u00f3n docente al mencionar la posibilidad de eliminar la anterior reforma educativa. Esto implicar\u00eda transitar de un modelo de evaluaci\u00f3n punitivo hacia uno de profesionalizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s flexible, acompa\u00f1ado de un Acuerdo Constitucional de Jornada de 40 horas que busca regular el tiempo efectivo de trabajo.<\/p>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: Entre el Decreto y la Tiza<\/h2>\n<p>Desde la \u00f3ptica de <strong>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico<\/strong>, es imperativo preguntarnos: \u00bfen qu\u00e9 medida un decreto de basificaci\u00f3n transforma la calidad de la ense\u00f1anza en el aula? Si bien la seguridad laboral es un derecho humano y una necesidad b\u00e1sica para cualquier trabajador, la realidad en las escuelas mexicanas nos indica que la estabilidad administrativa no siempre correlaciona con la suficiencia de recursos pedag\u00f3gicos o la mejora de la infraestructura escolar.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abLa estabilidad es el suelo, no el techo de la educaci\u00f3n.\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Resulta anal\u00edtico contrastar la <strong>jornada de 40 horas<\/strong> con la carga administrativa real que enfrentan directivos y docentes. En el M\u00e9xico profundo, el maestro no solo imparte clase; es gestor social, psic\u00f3logo y administrativo. \u00bfEs viable una jornada laboral estrictamente cronometrada cuando las demandas de la comunidad escolar desbordan los horarios oficiales? Asimismo, el ajuste salarial indexado al IMSS es un avance, pero \u00bfconsidera este c\u00e1lculo la disparidad de costos de vida entre una zona urbana y una comunidad rural marginada?<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, la derogaci\u00f3n de las evaluaciones punitivas es recibida con alivio, pero abre un interrogante socr\u00e1tico: <strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo mediremos el avance profesional docente si eliminamos los mecanismos de evaluaci\u00f3n sin haber implementado primero un sistema de acompa\u00f1amiento real y no coercitivo?<\/strong> La justicia social es necesaria, pero la excelencia educativa requiere de una arquitectura que vaya m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la firma de un acuerdo sindical.<\/p>\n<h2>Debate Abierto<\/h2>\n<p>Para cerrar este an\u00e1lisis, invitamos a nuestra comunidad de maestros y directivos a reflexionar sobre lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. \u00bfConsideras que la basificaci\u00f3n masiva es suficiente para motivar la mejora de la pr\u00e1ctica docente, o es simplemente una soluci\u00f3n a una deuda hist\u00f3rica de seguridad laboral?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
