{"id":2776,"date":"2026-06-03T00:40:25","date_gmt":"2026-06-03T06:40:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ddmx.cc\/blog\/archivos\/2776"},"modified":"2026-06-03T00:40:25","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T06:40:25","slug":"evaluacion-formativa-hacia-una-transformacion-pedagogica-o-un-nuevo-reto-administrativo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ddmx.cc\/blog\/archivos\/2776","title":{"rendered":"Evaluaci\u00f3n Formativa: \u00bfHacia una transformaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica o un nuevo reto administrativo?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica ha emitido las orientaciones para la <strong>Sexta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE)<\/strong> del ciclo 2025-2026, centrando el debate en un eje neur\u00e1lgico: la <em>Evaluaci\u00f3n Formativa<\/em>. A trav\u00e9s del documento oficial de la <a href='https:\/\/gestion.cte.sep.gob.mx\/insumos\/docs\/2526_s6_doc_orientaciones_Tema5.pdf'>SEP CTE<\/a>, se nos plantea la urgencia de transitar de una cultura de la medici\u00f3n y la acreditaci\u00f3n hacia un enfoque integral, alineado con los principios de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana (NEM) y el Plan de Estudio 2022.<\/p>\n<h2>El ideal pedag\u00f3gico: La evaluaci\u00f3n como proceso, no como sentencia<\/h2>\n<p>El n\u00facleo de la propuesta es la distinci\u00f3n tajante entre la evaluaci\u00f3n sumativa (la calificaci\u00f3n final) y la <strong>evaluaci\u00f3n formativa<\/strong>. Esta \u00faltima se concibe como un proceso continuo y dial\u00f3gico, sustentado en tres pilares fundamentales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La relaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica:<\/strong> Se busca que el estudiante deje de ser un receptor pasivo y se convierta en un agente activo que autorregula su aprendizaje.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La retroalimentaci\u00f3n bidireccional:<\/strong> El feedback ya no debe ser un mon\u00f3logo del docente, sino un di\u00e1logo donde el alumno reconozca sus aciertos y el maestro ajuste su estrategia de ense\u00f1anza.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La observaci\u00f3n cualitativa:<\/strong> El documento sugiere desplazar el peso de los instrumentos estandarizados (como los ex\u00e1menes tradicionales) hacia una observaci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica y contextualizada durante el desarrollo de los proyectos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Asimismo, se propone que el CTE evolucione hacia una verdadera <strong>Comunidad de Aprendizaje<\/strong>, donde la pr\u00e1ctica cotidiana en el aula sea la materia prima de an\u00e1lisis, integrando adem\u00e1s perspectivas de g\u00e9nero, inclusi\u00f3n y estrategias de salud integral.<\/p>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: El choque entre el discurso y la pr\u00e1ctica<\/h2>\n<p>Desde la \u00f3ptica de <em>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico<\/em>, es imperativo contrastar esta ambiciosa arquitectura te\u00f3rica con la realidad que habitan los maestros y directivos en M\u00e9xico. \u00bfEs viable la observaci\u00f3n cualitativa y personalizada en un aula con 35 o 40 estudiantes, donde el tiempo pedag\u00f3gico es constantemente fragmentado por emergencias administrativas?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n  \u00abLa evaluaci\u00f3n deja de ser un evento administrativo de cierre para convertirse en una actividad cotidiana de planeaci\u00f3n y observaci\u00f3n\u00bb.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Esta premisa, aunque pedag\u00f3gicamente irreprochable, plantea una interrogante sobre la <strong>carga de trabajo<\/strong>. El docente se nos pide ahora que sea un investigador de su propia pr\u00e1ctica, un observador sistem\u00e1tico y un gu\u00eda de autorregulaci\u00f3n, todo esto mientras sigue sujeto a los tiempos de acreditaci\u00f3n y entrega de boletas que el sistema administrativo exige. Existe una tensi\u00f3n inherente: el sistema pide <em>procesos<\/em>, pero sigue evaluando <em>resultados<\/em> num\u00e9ricos.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el anhelo de convertir el CTE en un espacio de reflexi\u00f3n profesional choca frecuentemente con la inercia burocr\u00e1tica. En muchas escuelas, el CTE se ha transformado en una sesi\u00f3n de llenado de formatos y descarga de instrucciones, m\u00e1s que en un foro de debate pedag\u00f3gico. \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos transitar hacia una comunidad de aprendizaje si el espacio de reflexi\u00f3n est\u00e1 saturado por la gesti\u00f3n administrativa?<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el \u00e9nfasis en la educaci\u00f3n multigrado y la cartograf\u00eda nacional es un paso necesario para visibilizar la marginaci\u00f3n, pero la pregunta persiste: \u00bfcontar\u00e1n estos maestros con el tiempo y los recursos reales para implementar una evaluaci\u00f3n formativa profunda, o se convertir\u00e1 en una narrativa m\u00e1s que redactar en un informe?<\/p>\n<h2>Hacia un debate necesario<\/h2>\n<p>La evaluaci\u00f3n formativa no es una moda, es una necesidad pedag\u00f3gica; sin embargo, su implementaci\u00f3n no puede depender \u00fanicamente de la voluntad del docente, sino de una reestructuraci\u00f3n de las condiciones laborales y administrativas.<\/p>\n<p>Para abrir la reflexi\u00f3n en nuestra comunidad, dejamos estas dos preguntas:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. \u00bfEs posible implementar una evaluaci\u00f3n genuinamente formativa y cualitativa sin reformar primero los criterios de acreditaci\u00f3n y los tiempos de carga administrativa del docente?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u00bfQu\u00e9 transformaciones reales deben ocurrir en la din\u00e1mica de los CTE para que dejen de ser reuniones informativas y se conviertan, efectivamente, en comunidades de aprendizaje profesional?<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica ha emitido las orientaciones para la Sexta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE) del ciclo 2025-2026, centrando el debate en un eje neur\u00e1lgico: la Evaluaci\u00f3n Formativa.
