Recientemente, el gobierno de Colima anunci\u00f3 la entrega de dos obras de impacto social: el puente ‘Victoria’ en Comala y la instalaci\u00f3n de plantas purificadoras de agua en la secundaria ‘Enrique Corona Morf\u00edn’ y el Instituto Superior de Educaci\u00f3n Normal (Isenco). Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n oficial de SECOLIMA<\/a>, estas acciones pretenden transformar la seguridad vial y el bienestar escolar mediante un modelo de autosostenibilidad. Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 significa realmente esto en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de nuestras instituciones?<\/p>\n

Infraestructura y autonom\u00eda: Los puntos clave<\/h2>\n

La estrategia presentada se sostiene sobre dos pilares. Primero, la conectividad regional<\/strong>, con una inversi\u00f3n de 6.5 millones de pesos que beneficia a 22 mil habitantes. Segundo, la gesti\u00f3n del agua<\/strong>: un sistema donde la venta a costo simb\u00f3lico permite a las escuelas reinvertir los recursos en sus propias carencias. Este esquema busca que las instituciones dejen de ser sujetos pasivos que esperan el presupuesto centralizado y se conviertan en gestores de su propio entorno, garantizando agua de calidad para m\u00e1s de 1,500 estudiantes.<\/p>\n

La Realidad Escolar<\/h2>\n

Aqu\u00ed es donde nuestra labor docente y directiva debe interpelar al discurso oficial. Si bien es loable contar con agua potable y mejores accesos, la realidad escolar mexicana suele ser una lucha de prioridades. Para muchos directores, la implementaci\u00f3n de una ‘planta purificadora’ que exige mantenimiento, supervisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, se traduce a menudo en carga administrativa adicional<\/strong>. \u00bfQui\u00e9n supervisar\u00e1 los est\u00e1ndares de calidad a largo plazo cuando la urgencia del d\u00eda a d\u00eda sea reparar techos o arreglar ba\u00f1os?<\/p>\n

La autonom\u00eda financiera es un ideal pedag\u00f3gico necesario, pero en el contexto mexicano, a menudo corre el riesgo de convertir a los directivos en administradores de servicios p\u00fablicos, restando tiempo valioso para el acompa\u00f1amiento pedag\u00f3gico y la mejora del aprendizaje.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Adem\u00e1s, nos preguntamos: \u00bfes sostenible este modelo en planteles donde el vandalismo o el deterioro de la infraestructura base impiden proteger estos equipos de alta tecnolog\u00eda? La pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica suele celebrar el corte de list\u00f3n, pero la realidad escolar se vive en el mantenimiento invisible y en la capacidad de las comunidades para sostener proyectos cuando la atenci\u00f3n medi\u00e1tica se desvanece.<\/p>\n

Para abrir el debate, lanzamos dos preguntas a nuestra comunidad: \u00bfConsideran que la gesti\u00f3n de servicios como el agua potable deber\u00eda ser responsabilidad de la direcci\u00f3n escolar o es una distracci\u00f3n de la labor educativa? Y usted, \u00bfha visto que los recursos autogenerados en su escuela realmente impacten en la mejora del aprendizaje o solo en el mantenimiento de la infraestructura?<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
