Desmenuzando la 6ta Sesi\u00f3n del CTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica ha emitido las <a href='https:\/\/gestion.cte.sep.gob.mx\/insumos\/docs\/2526_s6_doc_orientaciones_Tema4.pdf'>Orientaciones para la Sexta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE)<\/a> para el ciclo 2025-2026. En el centro de esta sesi\u00f3n se encuentra el <strong>Programa de Mejora Continua (PMC)<\/strong>, concebido no como un requisito burocr\u00e1tico, sino como una hoja de ruta para la transformaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica. Bajo el marco de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana, se nos invita a transitar de una gesti\u00f3n operativa a una verdadera \u00abComunidad de Aprendizaje\u00bb, donde el diagn\u00f3stico socioeducativo sea el motor que impulse objetivos reales y metas alcanzables.<\/p>\n<h2>El dise\u00f1o del Programa de Mejora Continua: La teor\u00eda del cambio<\/h2>\n<p>El documento propone que el PMC sea la concreci\u00f3n de la planeaci\u00f3n escolar, estructur\u00e1ndose en cinco fases cr\u00edticas que deben retroalimentarse constantemente:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n1. <strong>Lectura de la realidad y diagn\u00f3stico socioeducativo:<\/strong> El punto de partida cr\u00edtico.<br \/>\n2. <strong>Planeaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Definici\u00f3n de \u00e1mbitos, objetivos y metas.<br \/>\n3. <strong>Implementaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> La puesta en marcha de las acciones.<br \/>\n4. <strong>Seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Medici\u00f3n del impacto real.<br \/>\n5. <strong>Comunicaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Socializaci\u00f3n de los logros y avances.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Para que este proceso no sea una simulaci\u00f3n, el documento enfatiza dos pilares: el <strong>prop\u00f3sito com\u00fan<\/strong> y la <strong>responsabilidad compartida<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, integra ejes transversales de equidad e inclusi\u00f3n para erradicar la violencia de g\u00e9nero y el sexismo, junto con estrategias nacionales como <em>\u00abVive saludable. Vive Feliz\u00bb<\/em> (enfocada en brigadas de salud) y el impulso a la <em>\u00abCartograf\u00eda Nacional Multigrado\u00bb<\/em>, buscando visibilizar la labor docente en contextos diversos.<\/p>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: \u00bfD\u00f3nde choca la norma con el aula?<\/h2>\n<p>Desde la l\u00ednea editorial de <strong>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico<\/strong>, es imperativo preguntarnos: \u00bfEs posible transformar el CTE en una \u00abComunidad de Aprendizaje\u00bb cuando la carga administrativa sigue siendo la prioridad percibida por el docente? El documento es enf\u00e1tico al decir que el PMC <em>no debe ser un tr\u00e1mite administrativo<\/em>; sin embargo, en la realidad de las escuelas mexicanas, la l\u00ednea entre la reflexi\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica y el llenado de formatos es peligrosamente delgada.<\/p>\n<p>Analicemos la contradicci\u00f3n: se pide al docente <strong>autonom\u00eda profesional<\/strong>, pero se le insertan tareas de gesti\u00f3n ajenas a la pedagog\u00eda, como la recolecci\u00f3n de consentimientos informados para las brigadas de salud. \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 momento la gesti\u00f3n de un tr\u00e1mite m\u00e9dico deja de ser una tarea administrativa para convertirse en una acci\u00f3n de mejora pedag\u00f3gica? Si el tiempo del CTE se consume en la log\u00edstica de estas estrategias nacionales, el espacio para el di\u00e1logo profundo y la lectura cr\u00edtica de la realidad se reduce a minutos anecd\u00f3ticos.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el concepto de <strong>\u00abresponsabilidad compartida\u00bb<\/strong> suena inspirador en el papel, pero en el contexto escolar actual, suele traducirse en que el docente absorba las carencias del sistema. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se construye un prop\u00f3sito com\u00fan cuando el agotamiento docente (burnout) es una realidad palpable y los recursos materiales son insuficientes para ejecutar las metas trazadas en el PMC?<\/p>\n<p>El riesgo es que el PMC se convierta en un \u00abdocumento de escritorio\u00bb: un archivo impecablemente redactado que satisface la mirada de la supervisi\u00f3n, pero que no altera la din\u00e1mica de aprendizaje en el sal\u00f3n de clases. La verdadera mejora continua no ocurre en la redacci\u00f3n de la meta, sino en la capacidad del sistema para dar tiempo y espacio real al maestro para pensar su pr\u00e1ctica sin el miedo a que falte una firma en el acta.<\/p>\n<p>Para cerrar este an\u00e1lisis, dejamos el espacio a nuestra comunidad docente y directiva:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. \u00bfConsideran que las herramientas de diagn\u00f3stico actuales reflejan la realidad de sus alumnos o son instrumentos dise\u00f1ados para cumplir con una estad\u00edstica oficial?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos evitar que el Programa de Mejora Continua se convierta en una carga m\u00e1s de papeler\u00eda y se transforme, realmente, en un ejercicio de autonom\u00eda profesional?<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica ha emitido las Orientaciones para la Sexta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE) para el ciclo 2025-2026.
