{"id":2810,"date":"2026-06-10T00:40:25","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T06:40:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ddmx.cc\/blog\/archivos\/2810"},"modified":"2026-06-10T00:40:25","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T06:40:25","slug":"mas-alla-del-micrositio-es-posible-una-universidad-intercultural-en-mexico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ddmx.cc\/blog\/archivos\/2810","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del micrositio: \u00bfEs posible una universidad intercultural en M\u00e9xico?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n<p>Recientemente, el Instituto de Investigaciones sobre la Universidad y la Educaci\u00f3n (IISUE) de la UNAM lanz\u00f3 el micrositio <strong>\u201c<a href='https:\/\/www.iisue.unam.mx\/indigenas\/'>Sendas y trayectorias ind\u00edgenas en la educaci\u00f3n superior en M\u00e9xico<\/a>\u201d<\/strong>. Este repositorio acad\u00e9mico busca documentar, a trav\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 300 testimonios y datos emp\u00edricos, las barreras que enfrentan los estudiantes de pueblos originarios para acceder y permanecer en las universidades de nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<h2>Desglose: \u00bfQu\u00e9 nos dice la evidencia?<\/h2>\n<p>El proyecto no se presenta como un simple compendio de cifras, sino como una herramienta de incidencia pol\u00edtica. A trav\u00e9s de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre la UNAM, la Universidad Veracruzana y la Universidad de Bath, se sistematizan las experiencias de estudiantes de diversas regiones (desde Oaxaca hasta Chiapas) para visibilizar problemas estructurales como el racismo institucional y la falta de pertinencia cultural en los planes de estudio. El objetivo es claro: trascender la inclusi\u00f3n superficial y proponer una reconfiguraci\u00f3n que reconozca a la diversidad como un eje central de la gesti\u00f3n universitaria, no como un elemento decorativo.<\/p>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: La brecha entre el micrositio y el aula<\/h2>\n<p>Desde <em>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico<\/em>, nos preguntamos: \u00bfC\u00f3mo se traduce este valioso diagn\u00f3stico en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de un docente o administrativo? Mientras la academia debate sobre la \u201cdevoluci\u00f3n social\u201d y la \u201cinterculturalidad\u201d, el profesor de nivel superior en M\u00e9xico enfrenta una realidad administrativa asfixiante. A menudo, el docente est\u00e1 m\u00e1s preocupado por cumplir con los requerimientos de la burocracia institucional \u2014llenas de formatos, evidencias de acreditaci\u00f3n y est\u00e1ndares de productividad\u2014 que por implementar pr\u00e1cticas de pedagog\u00eda intercultural.<\/p>\n<p>El choque es inevitable: por un lado, tenemos un micrositio que exige una transformaci\u00f3n profunda en c\u00f3mo entendemos la identidad originaria; por otro, tenemos instituciones que, para sobrevivir financieramente o cumplir con sus indicadores de eficiencia terminal, homogeneizan a los estudiantes. \u00bfPuede una universidad realmente integrar una perspectiva intercultural cuando sus estructuras de evaluaci\u00f3n y sus ritmos de titulaci\u00f3n siguen siendo r\u00edgidamente coloniales? La burocracia escolar suele ser ciega a la identidad cultural del estudiante; para el sistema, el reto es que el alumno \u00abse adapte\u00bb, no que la universidad se transforme para acogerlo.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n del IISUE es necesaria, pero el verdadero reto para nosotros, los que estamos frente a grupo, no es solo leer el informe, sino encontrar los resquicios dentro de la carga administrativa para permitir que la voz de esos estudiantes, que hoy son estad\u00edstica, se convierta en una experiencia de aprendizaje real dentro de nuestras aulas.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00bfHasta qu\u00e9 punto la estructura administrativa de nuestras universidades est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para expulsar, por dise\u00f1o y no por voluntad, a quienes no encajan en el molde tradicional del estudiante universitario?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Dejamos la mesa servida para el debate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. \u00bfEs la interculturalidad en la educaci\u00f3n superior una meta pedag\u00f3gica alcanzable o estamos ante una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica que, aunque bien intencionada, resulta inaplicable ante la actual presi\u00f3n administrativa de las universidades mexicanas?<\/p>\n<p>2.
