El anuncio oficial sobre la desaparici\u00f3n de la Unidad del Sistema para la Carrera de las Maestras y los Maestros (USICAMM) para finales de 2026 marca un punto de inflexi\u00f3n en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica educativa. Seg\u00fan lo reportado por Profelandia<\/a>, la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum ha instruido al titular de la SEP, Mario Delgado, para desmantelar esta instancia, considerada por a\u00f1os como el s\u00edmbolo de las pol\u00edticas de gesti\u00f3n docente heredadas del sexenio anterior.<\/p>\n

La propuesta no es menor: implica desmantelar el engranaje que regula la admisi\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n y reconocimiento del personal docente. Sin embargo, la clave reside en el ‘c\u00f3mo’<\/strong>. La transici\u00f3n operativa supone un reto log\u00edstico monumental para la SEP, que debe asegurar que la eliminaci\u00f3n de la USICAMM no resulte en un vac\u00edo de transparencia ni en una interrupci\u00f3n de los procesos cr\u00edticos que mantienen las escuelas en funcionamiento.<\/p>\n

La Realidad Escolar: \u00bfCambio de fondo o cambio de ventanilla?<\/h2>\n

Desde la perspectiva de \u00abEl Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico\u00bb, la noticia invita a contrastar la narrativa oficial con el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en los planteles. La USICAMM ha sido se\u00f1alada por muchos maestros como una estructura burocr\u00e1tica asfixiante que prioriza los expedientes digitales sobre el desempe\u00f1o pedag\u00f3gico en el aula. Pero surge una pregunta anal\u00edtica obligatoria: \u00bfQu\u00e9 suceder\u00e1 con la meritocracia y la transparencia?<\/strong><\/p>\n

En la cotidianidad escolar, el maestro no teme a la evaluaci\u00f3n en s\u00ed misma, sino a los procesos opacos y lejanos a su realidad local. El magisterio mexicano se pregunta si el fin de la USICAMM ser\u00e1 la puerta hacia un modelo de gesti\u00f3n que reconozca el contexto territorial o si simplemente estaremos ante un cambio de nombre en la ventanilla administrativa.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

La carga administrativa que enfrentan los directivos y docentes no se ha reducido significativamente en a\u00f1os; al contrario, la exigencia de registros y evidencias ha crecido. \u00bfEs posible transitar hacia un sistema m\u00e1s \u00e1gil sin que el control se convierta nuevamente en una herramienta de discrecionalidad pol\u00edtica? La presi\u00f3n de sectores como la CNTE sugiere que, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la USICAMM, el magisterio sigue reclamando una reforma integral que abarque la seguridad social, un tema que este anuncio a\u00fan no resuelve del todo.<\/p>\n

Ante este escenario, lanzamos las siguientes interrogantes para nuestra comunidad docente:<\/p>\n

1. \u00bfDe qu\u00e9 manera debe dise\u00f1arse el modelo que sustituya a la USICAMM para garantizar que las plazas se asignen por capacidad y m\u00e9rito sin caer en las pr\u00e1cticas de opacidad que el magisterio ha combatido hist\u00f3ricamente?<\/p>\n

2. Si se elimina el control centralizado de la USICAMM, \u00bfest\u00e1n las estructuras estatales de educaci\u00f3n listas para gestionar de forma aut\u00f3noma y transparente la carrera docente sin que regresen las viejas pr\u00e1cticas de clientelismo sindical?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
