{"id":2824,"date":"2026-06-13T00:40:24","date_gmt":"2026-06-13T06:40:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ddmx.cc\/blog\/archivos\/2824"},"modified":"2026-06-13T00:40:24","modified_gmt":"2026-06-13T06:40:24","slug":"inclusion-y-genero-en-el-preescolar-ideal-pedagogico-o-realidad-alcanzable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ddmx.cc\/blog\/archivos\/2824","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfInclusi\u00f3n y G\u00e9nero en el Preescolar: Ideal Pedag\u00f3gico o Realidad Alcanzable?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica ha puesto sobre la mesa un recurso fundamental para la Fase 2 (Educaci\u00f3n Preescolar) de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana (NEM), centrado en dos de sus ejes articuladores m\u00e1s ambiciosos: la <strong>Inclusi\u00f3n<\/strong> y la <strong>Igualdad de G\u00e9nero<\/strong>. Este documento, disponible a trav\u00e9s de <a href='https:\/\/educacionbasica.sep.gob.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Inclusion-e-Igualdad-de-Genero.pdf'>SEP CTE<\/a>, no pretende ser un manual de instrucciones, sino una hoja de ruta para transformar la convivencia escolar y la pr\u00e1ctica docente desde la primera infancia.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del papel: Los pilares de la propuesta<\/h2>\n<p>El documento propone un giro paradigm\u00e1tico: pasar de la <strong>integraci\u00f3n<\/strong> (simplemente permitir que el alumno est\u00e9 en el aula) a la <strong>participaci\u00f3n plena<\/strong>. En este sentido, la inclusi\u00f3n se redefine no como un acto de benevolencia, sino como un derecho humano que exige eliminar las barreras para el aprendizaje y la participaci\u00f3n (BAP).<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la <strong>Igualdad de G\u00e9nero<\/strong> se plantea desde la desmitificaci\u00f3n de roles. Se insta al docente a vigilar que la distribuci\u00f3n de la palabra, el uso de los espacios y la asignaci\u00f3n de tareas no est\u00e9n mediadas por estereotipos. El objetivo es claro: visibilizar referentes femeninos en \u00e1reas hist\u00f3ricamente masculinizadas y reconocer que las capacidades cognitivas y emocionales son equivalentes, independientemente del g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n  \u00abLa inclusi\u00f3n exige revisar cr\u00edticamente las estructuras de poder y las desigualdades sociales que se reproducen en la escuela y la comunidad.\u00bb\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Finalmente, la operatividad de estos ejes se apoya en una <strong>evaluaci\u00f3n formativa<\/strong> continua y un lenguaje incluyente que priorice la dignidad de la persona sobre su condici\u00f3n social o diagn\u00f3stica.<\/p>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: El choque con el terreno<\/h2>\n<p>Desde la l\u00ednea editorial de <em>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico<\/em>, nos preguntamos: <strong>\u00bfen qu\u00e9 punto converge esta teor\u00eda con la realidad del aula mexicana?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El documento es impecable en su arquitectura te\u00f3rica, pero el docente de preescolar enfrenta una realidad fragmentada. Hablar de \u00abparticipaci\u00f3n plena\u00bb suena inspirador en el Programa Anal\u00edtico, pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo se traduce esto en un grupo de 30 alumnos donde el docente es el \u00fanico adulto presente y no cuenta con el apoyo suficiente de USAER o especialistas en inclusi\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la implementaci\u00f3n de la igualdad de g\u00e9nero choca frontalmente con el <strong>contexto familiar<\/strong>. El maestro se encuentra en una posici\u00f3n socr\u00e1tica inc\u00f3moda: debe desmantelar estereotipos de g\u00e9nero con ni\u00f1os de 3 a 5 a\u00f1os, mientras que, al salir de la escuela, esos mismos ni\u00f1os regresan a hogares donde los roles de g\u00e9nero est\u00e1n r\u00edgidamente marcados. \u00bfEs la escuela un agente de transformaci\u00f3n social o corre el riesgo de generar una disonancia cognitiva en el alumno al contrastar la \u00abescuela ideal\u00bb con la \u00abrealidad dom\u00e9stica\u00bb?<\/p>\n<p>No podemos ignorar la <strong>carga administrativa<\/strong>. Existe el riesgo de que estos ejes articuladores se conviertan en una m\u00e1s de las casillas que llenar en la planeaci\u00f3n para cumplir con la supervisi\u00f3n, transformando la \u00abreflexi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica\u00bb en un ejercicio de redacci\u00f3n burocr\u00e1tica. La verdadera inclusi\u00f3n no ocurre en el formato PDF, sino en el momento en que el docente decide c\u00f3mo reorganizar sus sillas o c\u00f3mo intervenir en un conflicto de g\u00e9nero en el patio de juegos.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3n, el recurso de la SEP es una br\u00fajula necesaria, pero la br\u00fajula no camina el camino.
