Sin embargo, un documento reciente de la <a href='https:\/\/gestion.cte.sep.gob.mx\/insumos\/docs\/2526_s7_dir_super_narrativa_pedu_08_3.pdf'>SEP CTE<\/a> nos presenta la &#8216;Jornada Integral de Proyectos, Cultura y Deporte&#8217; de la Zona Escolar 09 en Chihuahua. Este esfuerzo no es solo una estrategia pedag\u00f3gica, sino un intento de redefinir la supervisi\u00f3n escolar como una herramienta de liderazgo, no de fiscalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>El modelo en la pr\u00e1ctica: \u00bfQu\u00e9 propone la Zona 09?<\/h2>\n<p>La estrategia rompe con la inercia administrativa mediante cuatro pilares fundamentales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Liderazgo Pedag\u00f3gico:<\/strong> Se transforma el Consejo T\u00e9cnico (CTZ) en una verdadera comunidad de aprendizaje, donde el directivo deja de ser un gestor de oficios para convertirse en un articulador de proyectos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nodos de Encuentro:<\/strong> Ante la dispersi\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica y falta de conectividad, se han creado redes colaborativas que optimizan la movilidad y el intercambio docente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Codise\u00f1o Social:<\/strong> No se trata de aplicar libros, sino de resolver problemas locales \u2014como la econom\u00eda circular en Mesa del Durazno\u2014 integrando el entorno en la evaluaci\u00f3n formativa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visibilidad Social:<\/strong> Al llevar los proyectos a las plazas p\u00fablicas, la escuela recupera su estatus de eje transformador en comunidades hist\u00f3ricamente marginadas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: \u00bfChoque de voluntades o nueva era?<\/h2>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed es donde nuestra labor cr\u00edtica debe detenerse: \u00bfes este modelo una soluci\u00f3n escalable o un oasis producto de la voluntad de unos pocos? La realidad de gran parte del magisterio mexicano sigue marcada por la &#8216;hiper-burocratizaci\u00f3n&#8217;. Mientras la supervisi\u00f3n en Guadalupe y Calvo se enfoca en el acompa\u00f1amiento pedag\u00f3gico, muchos docentes en otras regiones siguen atrapados en la carga administrativa que consume las horas dedicadas a la planeaci\u00f3n reflexiva.<\/p>\n<p>El reto no es la metodolog\u00eda (el ABP), sino la estructura. La propuesta es valiente porque admite que, en contextos de alta marginaci\u00f3n, el docente est\u00e1 solo si no cuenta con un supervisor que facilite, en lugar de auditar. Sin embargo, debemos preguntarnos: \u00bfEs posible sostener este nivel de compromiso t\u00e9cnico y social cuando los recursos materiales y la infraestructura siguen siendo una carencia estructural cr\u00f3nica? El \u00e9xito del caso chihuahuense depende de una supervisi\u00f3n que &#8216;se ensucia las manos&#8217; en el territorio, un perfil que no siempre es la norma en un sistema verticalizado.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La autonom\u00eda profesional no debe ser un acto aislado, sino el resultado de un codise\u00f1o colegiado que responde a problemas reales.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Finalmente, nos queda la reflexi\u00f3n necesaria para nuestra comunidad docente: \u00bfEstamos dispuestos a transformar la supervisi\u00f3n en una labor de acompa\u00f1amiento, aunque esto sacuda las jerarqu\u00edas tradicionales del sistema?
