El di\u00e1logo institucional busca, en esencia, tres cambios de paradigma. Primero, la consulta para reformar o desaparecer la USICAMM<\/strong>, un mecanismo que ha sido el eje de la discordia en los procesos de ingreso y promoci\u00f3n. Segundo, una reingenier\u00eda pensionaria que intenta transitar hacia un esquema solidario, apoy\u00e1ndose en figuras como el PENSIONISSSTE y una propuesta de Aseguradora P\u00fablica. Finalmente, la creaci\u00f3n de una comisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica que pretende sustituir la confrontaci\u00f3n callejera por la revisi\u00f3n normativa. Sin embargo, el Estado ha sido claro: cualquier avance est\u00e1 supeditado a la disponibilidad financiera.<\/p>\nLa Realidad Escolar: El choque entre la mesa de di\u00e1logo y el sal\u00f3n de clases<\/h2>\n
Desde nuestra trinchera en El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico<\/em>, nos preguntamos: \u00bfqu\u00e9 significa este lenguaje t\u00e9cnico para el docente frente a grupo? Mientras en las oficinas de la SEGOB se discute la desaparici\u00f3n de la USICAMM, en las escuelas la realidad es que el maestro sigue ahogado en cargas administrativas que no parecen disminuir sin importar el modelo de evaluaci\u00f3n. La incertidumbre sobre el futuro de las pensiones y la carrera docente no solo es un tema de escritorio; es el factor que hoy, al final del ciclo escolar, tiene a miles de maestros con la mirada puesta en el conflicto y no en los cierres administrativos o acad\u00e9micos.<\/p>\nEl gobierno apela al presupuesto como l\u00edmite, pero para el docente, el l\u00edmite ya fue sobrepasado por la burocratizaci\u00f3n y la falta de claridad en los procesos de ascenso. \u00bfEs la comisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica una soluci\u00f3n real o simplemente un mecanismo para ganar tiempo antes del fin del ciclo lectivo? La brecha entre los acuerdos de c\u00fapula y las necesidades cotidianas del docente de base sigue siendo el vac\u00edo donde se pierde la confianza institucional.<\/p>\n
