Seg\u00fan informa <a href='https:\/\/profelandia.com\/por-mandato-de-sus-bases-cnte-continuara-en-paro-nacional\/'>Profelandia<\/a>, la Asamblea Nacional Representativa ha ratificado la continuidad de sus movilizaciones en el Z\u00f3calo capitalino, reafirmando una postura de resistencia frente a lo que denominan la cerraz\u00f3n del Gobierno Federal ante sus demandas estructurales.<\/p>\n<h2>Desglose de un conflicto latente<\/h2>\n<p>El movimiento magisterial ha sido contundente al rechazar la narrativa oficial que etiqueta sus acciones como una manipulaci\u00f3n externa o partidista. Los puntos clave de esta postura son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Consulta democr\u00e1tica:<\/strong> La decisi\u00f3n de continuar la huelga emana, seg\u00fan la dirigencia, de un consenso directo de sus bases en los estados.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Demandas irrenunciables:<\/strong> El foco de la discordia sigue centrado en la abrogaci\u00f3n total de la reforma educativa de periodos anteriores y la exigencia de revertir la Ley del ISSSTE de 2007.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Crisis de di\u00e1logo:<\/strong> La CNTE enfatiza que la par\u00e1lisis actual no es una elecci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, sino la \u00fanica v\u00eda que les ha dejado la falta de voluntad pol\u00edtica desde Palacio Nacional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los titulares y el debate pol\u00edtico, el <em>Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico<\/em> pone la mirada en los pasillos de las escuelas. Para el maestro frente a grupo y el directivo, este escenario se traduce en una realidad de incertidumbre constante. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se gestiona el cumplimiento de los programas de estudio cuando el calendario escolar es, en los hechos, una variable dependiente de la negociaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica?<\/p>\n<p>Mientras se discuten leyes en las mesas de negociaci\u00f3n, en la cotidianidad administrativa, el directivo debe sortear la falta de normalidad operativa, el ausentismo y la presi\u00f3n de las comunidades escolares que demandan el derecho irrestricto a la educaci\u00f3n. <strong>La brecha entre la lucha sindical y el aula nunca ha sido tan evidente:<\/strong> mientras la c\u00fapula sindical mantiene la resistencia como estandarte, el docente en el terreno enfrenta la disyuntiva entre el compromiso gremial y la responsabilidad \u00e9tica con el aprendizaje de sus alumnos. Esta polarizaci\u00f3n no solo fragmenta al sistema, sino que convierte a la escuela en el reh\u00e9n de una estructura que parece no encontrar un punto de encuentro entre la ley, el derecho laboral y la pedagog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esta realidad que redefine el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en nuestras aulas, nos cuestionamos: <strong>\u00bfEs la movilizaci\u00f3n social el \u00fanico lenguaje que el sistema educativo mexicano entiende para atender demandas de justicia laboral?
