Para el docente de a pie, la USICAMM no es solo un concepto burocr\u00e1tico; es la estructura que determina sus ingresos, su movilidad geogr\u00e1fica y su estabilidad laboral. La propuesta de realizar una consulta \u00abescuela por escuela\u00bb plantea un dilema \u00e9tico y pr\u00e1ctico: <strong>\u00bfTiene el maestro tiempo y condiciones para realizar un an\u00e1lisis profundo de una reforma compleja mientras enfrenta la carga administrativa actual y el cierre de ciclo escolar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La historia de la gesti\u00f3n educativa en M\u00e9xico nos muestra que, a menudo, la participaci\u00f3n docente se queda en el llenado de formularios que validan decisiones ya tomadas en despachos centralizados.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La desconfianza es una constante en el magisterio. Si la consulta busca legitimar cambios profundos, debe garantizar que no sea una simulaci\u00f3n. Los directivos, por su parte, se preguntan c\u00f3mo se operacionalizar\u00e1 este proceso sin interrumpir la ya saturada agenda escolar.
