Las orientaciones oficiales, publicadas por la <a href='https:\/\/gestion.cte.sep.gob.mx\/insumos\/docs\/2526_s8_multi_orientaciones_Tema3.pdf'>SEP (CTE)<\/a>, plantean una hoja de ruta centrada en la consolidaci\u00f3n del trabajo por proyectos y la autonom\u00eda profesional docente, espec\u00edficamente para el contexto multigrado.<\/p>\n<h2>Desglose: \u00bfQu\u00e9 nos pide la autoridad?<\/h2>\n<p>El documento propone transitar de la ejecuci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica a la creaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica. Los puntos clave son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Metodolog\u00eda Multigrado:<\/strong> Se busca que la diversidad de ritmos sea un motor de aprendizaje interdisciplinario y no una limitante.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El CTE como Comunidad de Aprendizaje:<\/strong> Se prioriza el intercambio de saberes pr\u00e1cticos sobre la teor\u00eda abstracta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cartograf\u00eda Pedag\u00f3gica:<\/strong> Una herramienta para territorializar el curr\u00edculo, vinculando la escuela con la comunidad (incluyendo ejes de salud como la nutrici\u00f3n y salud visual).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consulta Nacional:<\/strong> Un llamado para documentar c\u00f3mo estamos ejerciendo esa autonom\u00eda profesional en el aula.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: Entre el papel y el aula<\/h2>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed es donde el discurso se encuentra con la realidad: \u00bfqu\u00e9 significa ser un \u00abdise\u00f1ador pedag\u00f3gico\u00bb cuando el docente multigrado a menudo atiende tres o m\u00e1s grados simult\u00e1neamente, sin materiales de apoyo suficientes y con una carga administrativa que no cesa? La propuesta de sistematizar experiencias y realizar ferias de salud es loable desde lo pedag\u00f3gico, pero en la pr\u00e1ctica mexicana, los maestros se enfrentan a la precariedad de infraestructura y a una burocracia que a menudo exige \u00abproductos\u00bb antes que procesos reflexivos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La brecha entre la teor\u00eda de la autonom\u00eda profesional y la realidad de la gesti\u00f3n escolar diaria es, en esencia, la tensi\u00f3n que define el \u00e9xito o el fracaso de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El desaf\u00edo no es la falta de voluntad docente, sino la falta de condiciones para que esa autonom\u00eda no se convierta en una carga de trabajo adicional que agota a los colectivos en lugar de fortalecerlos. \u00bfEstamos realmente construyendo comunidad o solo estamos a\u00f1adiendo capas de complejidad a un sistema que ya est\u00e1 saturado?<\/p>\n<h2>Cierre<\/h2>\n<p>Para abrir el debate en nuestro foro, les planteo dos interrogantes: \u00bfEs posible ejercer una verdadera autonom\u00eda profesional cuando las exigencias de resultados estandarizados siguen marcando el pulso institucional? \u00bfQu\u00e9 necesita realmente un maestro multigrado para pasar del &#8216;hacer&#8217; pedag\u00f3gico a la sistematizaci\u00f3n reflexiva de su propia pr\u00e1ctica?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo Llegamos a la recta final del ciclo escolar 2025-2026 y, con ello, a la Octava Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE).
