Este documento propone un giro fundamental: desplazar la primac\u00eda del sexo registral hacia el reconocimiento de la identidad sentida como eje de la convivencia y el desarrollo del estudiante.<\/p>\n<h2>Desglose: \u00bfQu\u00e9 cambia en la normativa?<\/h2>\n<p>El documento articula un protocolo integral que trasciende el discurso. La formaci\u00f3n docente en diversidad no puede ser solo una sesi\u00f3n m\u00e1s de Consejo T\u00e9cnico; requiere un acompa\u00f1amiento real que evite que el maestro, ante el miedo a equivocarse o ser sancionado, opte por la omisi\u00f3n, dejando al estudiante en una zona gris de desprotecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Reflexi\u00f3n para el debate<\/h2>\n<p>Como comunidad educativa, debemos preguntarnos: \u00bfEstamos dotando a los directivos de las herramientas necesarias para gestionar estos cambios sin que la responsabilidad caiga \u00fanicamente en su discrecionalidad?
