El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n

Llegamos a la recta final del ciclo escolar 2025-2026. Con la publicaci\u00f3n de las orientaciones para la Octava Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE)<\/strong>, la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, a trav\u00e9s de SEP CTE<\/a>, nos plantea un cierre que trasciende lo administrativo para enfocarse en la sistematizaci\u00f3n de la pr\u00e1ctica docente. El documento propone un balance sobre el trabajo por proyectos y la autonom\u00eda profesional, pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 significa esto realmente para quien est\u00e1 frente a grupo en pleno mes de junio?<\/p>\n

Desglose: Hacia la sistematizaci\u00f3n del saber docente<\/h2>\n

El n\u00facleo de esta sesi\u00f3n es la consolidaci\u00f3n del trabajo por proyectos<\/strong>. Ya no se trata de implementar una metodolog\u00eda nueva, sino de reflexionar sobre c\u00f3mo nuestra \u00ablectura de la realidad\u00bb y el codise\u00f1o han impactado el aula. La propuesta invita a:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Documentar experiencias:<\/strong> Formalizar las narrativas pedag\u00f3gicas de los proyectos exitosos para el pr\u00f3ximo ciclo.<\/li>\n
  • Balance integral:<\/strong> Evaluar los Programas de Mejora Continua desde una mirada cr\u00edtica, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la estad\u00edstica.<\/li>\n
  • Estrategias transversales:<\/strong> Temas como la salud visual y el consumo de frijol se presentan como ejes para conectar el aprendizaje con la comunidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    La Realidad Escolar: El choque entre la teor\u00eda y la vida en el aula<\/h2>\n

    Al contrastar estas orientaciones con la realidad de las escuelas mexicanas, surge una tensi\u00f3n ineludible. Por un lado, se nos solicita una reflexi\u00f3n meta-cognitiva profunda<\/strong> y la sistematizaci\u00f3n de experiencias; por otro, el docente llega a junio agotado, enfrentando el cierre administrativo, la captura de calificaciones y la gesti\u00f3n de fin de curso. <\/p>\n

    La autonom\u00eda profesional, eje rector de la NEM, requiere tiempo y espacio mental. \u00bfEs posible exigir una sistematizaci\u00f3n rigurosa de experiencias pedag\u00f3gicas cuando el colectivo docente est\u00e1 colapsado por la carga operativa del cierre de ciclo?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    En muchas escuelas, la \u00ablectura de la realidad\u00bb a menudo se ve opacada por la urgencia de cumplir con los formatos que los niveles superiores a\u00fan solicitan, creando una brecha entre la ret\u00f3rica de la libertad pedag\u00f3gica y la pr\u00e1ctica cotidiana. Sistematizar requiere documentar, y documentar requiere un tiempo que el calendario escolar, tal como est\u00e1 estructurado hoy, no provee. \u00bfEstamos ante un cambio de paradigma pedag\u00f3gico real o simplemente ante una nueva capa de exigencia burocr\u00e1tica llamada \u00abnarrativa\u00bb?<\/p>\n

    Reflexiones finales<\/h2>\n

    Invitamos a nuestra comunidad a reflexionar sobre este cierre de ciclo:<\/p>\n

    1. \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos transformar el requisito de ‘sistematizaci\u00f3n de experiencias’ en una herramienta que realmente beneficie al docente, en lugar de sentirla como una carga administrativa adicional?<\/p>\n
