El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n

Al acercarnos al cierre del ciclo escolar 2025-2026, la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica ha publicado las orientaciones para la Octava Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar, disponibles en el documento oficial de la SEP<\/a>. Este documento busca consolidar la planeaci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica no como un requisito burocr\u00e1tico, sino como un ejercicio reflexivo y situado en el marco de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana.<\/p>\n

Desglose de la propuesta oficial<\/h2>\n

Las orientaciones se estructuran bajo tres ejes fundamentales: el ejercicio pleno de la autonom\u00eda profesional<\/strong>, la exigencia de una planeaci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica despojada de linealidad<\/strong> y la sistematizaci\u00f3n de experiencias docentes. Se nos plantea que el CTE debe dejar de ser una sesi\u00f3n de lectura de documentos te\u00f3ricos para convertirse en un espacio de balance real: \u00bfqu\u00e9 logramos en nuestro Programa Anal\u00edtico? \u00bfC\u00f3mo documentamos nuestra innovaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica? Adem\u00e1s, se introducen convocatorias nacionales y acciones comunitarias, como las Ferias de la Salud, que buscan aterrizar los contenidos del Plan de Estudio 2022 en la cotidianidad de las escuelas.<\/p>\n

La Realidad Escolar<\/h2>\n

Aqu\u00ed es donde la teor\u00eda se encuentra con la realidad escolar. El documento llama al abandono de la ‘planeaci\u00f3n por formato’, pero el docente frente a grupo se pregunta: \u00bfC\u00f3mo transitar hacia una pr\u00e1ctica reflexiva cuando el sistema sigue exigiendo evidencias administrativas pesadas?<\/strong> La brecha entre el ideal del codise\u00f1o y la realidad de una escuela con carencias de infraestructura, exceso de carga burocr\u00e1tica y una jornada laboral agotadora es palpable.<\/p>\n

\u00bfHasta qu\u00e9 punto la sistematizaci\u00f3n de experiencias se convertir\u00e1 en un insumo para la mejora docente o en una nueva forma de ‘auditor\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica’ que a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s horas de trabajo administrativo no remunerado al maestro?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

La intenci\u00f3n de la autoridad es clara: extraer el saber docente para darle sustento al ‘segundo piso’ de la reforma. Sin embargo, para que esta autonom\u00eda sea real y no una ret\u00f3rica, el colectivo docente requiere que los directivos y supervisores realmente suelten el control administrativo y permitan que el CTE sea, efectivamente, un espacio de di\u00e1logo y no un espacio para llenar formatos que solo servir\u00e1n para justificar ante la estructura central que el programa se est\u00e1 ‘aplicando’. La autonom\u00eda, en M\u00e9xico, a menudo se encuentra secuestrada por la presi\u00f3n de los resultados inmediatos y la falta de tiempo real para la reflexi\u00f3n profunda.<\/p>\n

Cerramos este an\u00e1lisis con dos interrogantes para el debate:<\/p>\n

1. \u00bfEs posible ejercer una autonom\u00eda profesional aut\u00e9ntica en contextos escolares donde los recursos, el tiempo y el apoyo administrativo son sistem\u00e1ticamente insuficientes?<\/p>\n

2. \u00bfLa sistematizaci\u00f3n de experiencias docentes es realmente un camino para revalorizar nuestra labor, o es un mecanismo de control institucional disfrazado de investigaci\u00f3n participativa?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
