Reflexiones ante el cierre del ciclo escolar 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n<p>Llegamos a la recta final del ciclo escolar 2025-2026 y, con ello, a la Octava Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE). Las <a href='https:\/\/gestion.cte.sep.gob.mx\/insumos\/docs\/2526_s8_doc_orientaciones_Tema1.pdf'>orientaciones oficiales de la SEP<\/a> plantean un cierre ambicioso: transitar de la planeaci\u00f3n como tr\u00e1mite hacia un ejercicio de reflexi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica y sistematizaci\u00f3n del saber docente bajo el marco de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana (NEM).<\/p>\n<h2>Desglose de los puntos clave: El ideal normativo<\/h2>\n<p>El documento oficial pone el \u00e9nfasis en la <strong>autonom\u00eda profesional<\/strong>. Se nos invita a dejar de lado la planeaci\u00f3n lineal \u2014esa que salta del programa sint\u00e9tico al formato vac\u00edo\u2014 para priorizar el codise\u00f1o basado en la realidad del aula. Entre los puntos medulares encontramos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Estandarizaci\u00f3n reflexiva:<\/strong> Una invitaci\u00f3n a estructurar la ense\u00f1anza mediante la intenci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica, la evaluaci\u00f3n formativa y los ajustes razonables.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sistematizaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> La SEP busca recuperar las experiencias vividas en las aulas para convertirlas en insumos de pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rendici\u00f3n de cuentas:<\/strong> El CTE se convierte en el espacio para auditar pedag\u00f3gicamente qu\u00e9 tanto ha avanzado realmente nuestro Programa Anal\u00edtico y la mejora continua.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vinculaci\u00f3n comunitaria:<\/strong> La inclusi\u00f3n de tem\u00e1ticas como la salud, el consumo de frijol y la cartograf\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica multigrado, buscando insertar a la escuela en su entorno social.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: \u00bfD\u00f3nde chocan el papel y el aula?<\/h2>\n<p>Si bien la teor\u00eda de la NEM propone un docente investigador y cr\u00edtico, la realidad en los pasillos de las escuelas mexicanas suele narrar otra historia. \u00bfEs posible ejercer una autonom\u00eda real cuando la carga administrativa sigue consumiendo el tiempo que deber\u00eda dedicarse al di\u00e1logo pedag\u00f3gico? La convocatoria a una &#8216;consulta nacional&#8217; para documentar el saber docente se lee, para muchos directivos y maestros, no solo como un ejercicio de escucha, sino como una estrategia de extracci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n para validar una pol\u00edtica que, en la pr\u00e1ctica, a menudo se siente impuesta desde el escritorio.<\/p>\n<p>El docente mexicano se enfrenta hoy a una paradoja: se le pide &#8216;dejar de llenar formatos&#8217; pero, simult\u00e1neamente, se le solicita sistematizar experiencias, reportar avances de mejora continua y participar en nuevas cartograf\u00edas. La pregunta que flota en el aire de las zonas escolares es: <strong>\u00bfTenemos realmente el tiempo pedag\u00f3gico para reflexionar, o estamos creando una nueva capa de burocracia bajo el nombre de &#8216;proceso reflexivo&#8217;?<\/strong> El riesgo es convertir la &#8216;autonom\u00eda&#8217; en un concepto que solo existe en las minutas del CTE, mientras la fatiga docente y la precariedad de recursos siguen marcando el pulso diario de nuestras aulas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cierre:<\/strong> Ante este panorama de cierre de ciclo, los invitamos a reflexionar en los comentarios:<\/p>\n<p>1. \u00bfC\u00f3mo transformar la sistematizaci\u00f3n de experiencias en un beneficio real para nuestra pr\u00e1ctica, en lugar de percibirla como una carga administrativa adicional?<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00bfEs posible ejercer una autonom\u00eda profesional aut\u00e9ntica cuando las metas de la pol\u00edtica educativa se definen desde una l\u00f3gica centralizada de resultados?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo Llegamos a la recta final del ciclo escolar 2025-2026 y, con ello, a la Octava Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE).
