El desaf\u00edo del liderazgo directivo para el ciclo 2025-2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica ha presentado las orientaciones para directivos y supervisores de cara al ciclo escolar 2025-2026, centradas en la premisa de \u00abHacer comunidad para mejorar juntos\u00bb. A trav\u00e9s del documento oficial disponible en la <a href='https:\/\/gestion.cte.sep.gob.mx\/insumos\/docs\/2526_s8_directivos_supervisores_anexo_insumo1.pdf'>plataforma oficial de la SEP<\/a>, se nos invita a transitar de una gesti\u00f3n jer\u00e1rquica a una basada en comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje. \u00bfEs este el cambio de paradigma que la escuela mexicana necesita o es una utop\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica?<\/p>\n<h2>Pilares del nuevo modelo de gesti\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>El marco propuesto se asienta sobre cuatro ejes transversales que pretenden redefinir la funci\u00f3n directiva y la din\u00e1mica del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Confianza en el colectivo:<\/strong> Se propone como el sustrato necesario para la transparencia profesional. Sin un espacio seguro, la autocr\u00edtica es imposible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trabajo colaborativo:<\/strong> M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de repartir tareas, implica identificar y capitalizar las capacidades individuales de cada docente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liderazgo distribuido:<\/strong> Un giro hacia la autonom\u00eda docente, donde el director deja de ser el emisor \u00fanico de instrucciones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Di\u00e1logo y reflexi\u00f3n:<\/strong> El CTE debe abandonar el formato informativo para convertirse en un foro de deliberaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica real.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar<\/h2>\n<p>Al contrastar esta visi\u00f3n con el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en las escuelas de M\u00e9xico, surge una tensi\u00f3n innegable. <strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo construir confianza en colectivos saturados por la carga administrativa?<\/strong> Mientras la teor\u00eda sugiere un liderazgo horizontal, la realidad impone a los directivos una cantidad abrumadora de requerimientos de control, estad\u00edstica y reportes que, frecuentemente, los obligan a actuar como gestores de tr\u00e1mites en lugar de facilitadores pedag\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La brecha entre el ideal de la &#8216;comunidad profesional&#8217; y la presi\u00f3n por la &#8216;evidencia administrativa&#8217; es donde naufragan muchas de estas reformas.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el modelo asume que existe el tiempo y la madurez profesional en todos los colectivos para la reflexi\u00f3n profunda. En escuelas con alta rotaci\u00f3n docente, conflictos interpersonales a\u00f1ejos o infraestructura precaria, el llamado a la \u00abhorizontalidad\u00bb puede sentirse como una imposici\u00f3n externa m\u00e1s que como una oportunidad de crecimiento. Si el directivo no tiene autonom\u00eda frente a la jerarqu\u00eda superior, \u00bfpuede realmente otorgar autonom\u00eda a sus docentes?<\/p>\n<p>La intenci\u00f3n es loable, pero el \u00e9xito depender\u00e1 de si las autoridades entienden que no se puede construir \u00abcomunidad\u00bb desde la verticalidad de un oficio enviado por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p>Para abrir el debate en nuestra comunidad de lectores, los invito a reflexionar: <strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 elemento administrativo es el que hoy m\u00e1s obstaculiza la creaci\u00f3n de una verdadera comunidad de aprendizaje en su escuela?<\/strong> y <strong>\u00bfEs posible ejercer un liderazgo distribuido cuando el sistema exige resultados estandarizados de manera centralizada?<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica ha presentado las orientaciones para directivos y supervisores de cara al ciclo escolar 2025-2026, centradas en la premisa de \u00abHacer comunidad para mejorar juntos\u00bb.
