La implementaci\u00f3n del Programa de Escuela de Tiempo Completo (PETC) no se presenta aqu\u00ed como una imposici\u00f3n burocr\u00e1tica, sino como un andamiaje que permite la convivencia real entre estudiantes sordos, hipoac\u00fasicos y oyentes. Es, en esencia, un experimento de humanismo pedag\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<h2>Pilares de una transformaci\u00f3n posible<\/h2>\n<p>El modelo no se sostiene por la tecnolog\u00eda, sino por la estrategia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inclusi\u00f3n ling\u00fc\u00edstica:<\/strong> El dominio de la LSM no es opcional, es la columna vertebral que garantiza la equidad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Co-docencia:<\/strong> La dupla de instrucci\u00f3n oral e interpretaci\u00f3n rompe el aislamiento del docente frente a grupo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El tiempo como aliado:<\/strong> La jornada extendida (12:30 a 14:00) se utiliza para actividades STEAM, fotograf\u00eda y baile, desplazando la rigidez evaluativa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supervisi\u00f3n horizontal:<\/strong> Un cambio de paradigma donde el supervisor no es un fiscalizador, sino un gu\u00eda pedag\u00f3gico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: Entre el ideal y la precariedad<\/h2>\n<p>Al contrastar este \u00e9xito con la realidad cotidiana de las escuelas en M\u00e9xico, surge una tensi\u00f3n ineludible. Mientras el &#8216;Helen Keller&#8217; aprovecha la &#8216;plaza \u00fanica&#8217; del personal para organizar su jornada, en miles de escuelas p\u00fablicas el docente lucha contra la dispersi\u00f3n de horarios, el pluriempleo y una carga administrativa que ahoga la creatividad. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La verdadera pregunta no es si el modelo es bueno, sino si nuestro sistema actual es capaz de sostenerlo sin agotar al maestro.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas escuelas en el pa\u00eds cuentan con una plantilla completa, int\u00e9rpretes de LSM o una supervisi\u00f3n que realmente acompa\u00f1e en lugar de exigir formatos vac\u00edos? El modelo queretano requiere condiciones institucionales \u2014como la estabilidad laboral y la cohesi\u00f3n del equipo\u2014 que hoy son un privilegio, no la norma. La innovaci\u00f3n, cuando ocurre en un contexto de escasez de recursos humanos y materiales, a menudo depende de un hero\u00edsmo docente que no es sostenible a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<h2>Cierre<\/h2>\n<p>El \u00e9xito de este CAM demuestra que la inclusi\u00f3n requiere m\u00e1s voluntad pol\u00edtica y organizaci\u00f3n escolar que presupuesto millonario, pero nos obliga a reflexionar sobre la disparidad de oportunidades entre planteles.
