Seg\u00fan las <a href='https:\/\/gestion.cte.sep.gob.mx\/insumos\/docs\/2526_s8_doc_orientaciones_Tema1.pdf'>Orientaciones Oficiales de la SEP<\/a>, el objetivo central es consolidar la planeaci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica como un proceso cr\u00edtico y situado. Sin embargo, detr\u00e1s de los conceptos de &#8216;codise\u00f1o&#8217; y &#8216;autonom\u00eda profesional&#8217;, se esconde un esfuerzo institucional por sistematizar la experiencia docente como insumo para el futuro de la pol\u00edtica educativa.<\/p>\n<h2>Puntos clave: De la teor\u00eda a la praxis<\/h2>\n<p>El documento propone tres pilares para este cierre de ciclo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Autonom\u00eda profesional real:<\/strong> Se rechaza la planeaci\u00f3n lineal que salta del programa sint\u00e9tico al aula sin pasar por el tamiz del contexto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sistematizaci\u00f3n de experiencias:<\/strong> Se invita a los colectivos a documentar sus pr\u00e1cticas, transformando el saber emp\u00edrico en capital pedag\u00f3gico oficial.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Balance y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas:<\/strong> La sesi\u00f3n se configura como un ejercicio de evaluaci\u00f3n sobre la implementaci\u00f3n del Plan de Estudio 2022 y el funcionamiento del Programa de Mejora Continua.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar<\/h2>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed es donde el discurso se encuentra con la tiza y el pizarr\u00f3n. Si bien la teor\u00eda aboga por la autonom\u00eda, el docente mexicano promedio se enfrenta a una realidad donde la &#8216;planeaci\u00f3n administrativa&#8217; sigue siendo el escudo contra la burocracia. \u00bfC\u00f3mo ejercer una planeaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica cuando el tiempo de trabajo administrativo absorbe el espacio del di\u00e1logo pedag\u00f3gico?<\/p>\n<p>La intenci\u00f3n de sistematizar experiencias es loable, pero plantea una duda leg\u00edtima en las zonas escolares con mayores carencias: \u00bfse est\u00e1 documentando el saber docente para empoderar al profesor, o se est\u00e1 extrayendo informaci\u00f3n para validar una pol\u00edtica educativa desde un escritorio centralizado? El paso del &#8216;formato&#8217; a la &#8216;reflexi\u00f3n&#8217; es un salto cu\u00e1ntico que requiere condiciones laborales que, en muchas regiones, a\u00fan no se traducen en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Al final del camino, el docente se encuentra ante la paradoja de ser invitado a la libertad de c\u00e1tedra bajo la estricta vigilancia de una &#8216;auditor\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica&#8217; que busca demostrar, por encima de todo, resultados cuantificables para el cierre de ciclo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para reflexionar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. \u00bfEs la sistematizaci\u00f3n de experiencias una oportunidad real para valorar el saber docente o una carga administrativa m\u00e1s disfrazada de innovaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica?<\/p>\n<p>2.
