Sin embargo, el reciente informe sobre la implementaci\u00f3n del Programa de Escuela de Tiempo Completo (PETC) en el CAM \u201cHelen Keller\u201d de Quer\u00e9taro, publicado por la <a href='https:\/\/gestion.cte.sep.gob.mx\/insumos\/docs\/2526_s8_dir_super_narrativa_pedu_22_6.pdf'>Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica<\/a>, nos invita a cuestionar esta premisa. El caso nos muestra c\u00f3mo una reingenier\u00eda del tiempo escolar y el dominio de la Lengua de Se\u00f1as Mexicana (LSM) pueden transformar la exclusi\u00f3n en un modelo de convivencia equitativa.<\/p>\n<h2>Pilares de una pedagog\u00eda situada<\/h2>\n<p>El \u00e9xito del modelo en el \u201cHelen Keller\u201d no descansa en grandes inversiones, sino en tres ejes fundamentales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inclusi\u00f3n ling\u00fc\u00edstica radical:<\/strong> La LSM no es un recurso perif\u00e9rico, es el idioma vehicular que garantiza la equidad en el aula.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Co-docencia estrat\u00e9gica:<\/strong> La dupla docente (instrucci\u00f3n oral e interpretaci\u00f3n) rompe la jerarqu\u00eda tradicional, convirtiendo el aula en un espacio de colaboraci\u00f3n constante.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n del tiempo:<\/strong> La jornada ampliada se libera de la carga administrativa para centrarse en talleres STEAM, fotograf\u00eda y danza, donde el estudiante es evaluado por sus procesos creativos y no por su capacidad de memorizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: El contraste necesario<\/h2>\n<p>Al contrastar este modelo con la cotidianidad de las escuelas regulares en M\u00e9xico, surge una tensi\u00f3n innegable. Mientras el \u201cHelen Keller\u201d capitaliza la \u201cplaza \u00fanica\u201d y la estabilidad del personal para fomentar el trabajo colegiado, la mayor\u00eda de los docentes en M\u00e9xico se enfrentan a la fragmentaci\u00f3n: contratos temporales, cargas administrativas que asfixian la planeaci\u00f3n y consejos t\u00e9cnicos que a menudo se limitan al cumplimiento de formatos burocr\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta del documento es seductora, pero nos obliga a preguntar: \u00bfEs este modelo replicable en un sistema donde la rotaci\u00f3n docente es alta y la figura del supervisor sigue cargada de una funci\u00f3n fiscalizadora en lugar de pedag\u00f3gica? La inclusi\u00f3n real requiere, antes que nada, tiempo de calidad para el di\u00e1logo profesional. \u00bfQu\u00e9 sucede cuando el docente no tiene el respaldo institucional para dedicar horas de su jornada a la co-docencia, o cuando la falta de formaci\u00f3n en lengua de se\u00f1as sigue siendo una barrera invisible pero insuperable para miles de maestros?<\/p>\n<h2>Cierre<\/h2>\n<p>La experiencia de Quer\u00e9taro nos demuestra que la innovaci\u00f3n educativa ocurre cuando la realidad escolar se humaniza.
