Sistematizaci\u00f3n de la Experiencia de Resignificaci\u00f3n de la Funci\u00f3n Supervisora<\/a> plantea un modelo de acompa\u00f1amiento horizontal, basado en la Nueva Escuela Mexicana (NEM) y el Plan de Estudio 2022. La propuesta es ambiciosa: transformar el despacho administrativo en un espacio de co-dise\u00f1o pedag\u00f3gico.<\/p>\nDel control a la sinergia: Los pilares del cambio<\/h2>\n
El n\u00facleo de esta experiencia reside en cuatro fases operativas: lectura cr\u00edtica de la realidad, dise\u00f1o de estrategias diferenciadas, vinculaci\u00f3n comunitaria y evaluaci\u00f3n colegiada. La propuesta sugiere que el supervisor debe abandonar la jerarqu\u00eda vertical para convertirse en un articulador. Bajo este esquema, la escuela ‘Estefan\u00eda Casta\u00f1eda’ ejemplifica c\u00f3mo el diagn\u00f3stico socioeducativo \u2014que incluye talleres de crianza y an\u00e1lisis de la pr\u00e1ctica docente\u2014 permite que la autonom\u00eda profesional deje de ser un concepto te\u00f3rico para convertirse en una herramienta de gesti\u00f3n situada.<\/p>\n
La Realidad Escolar: \u00bfD\u00f3nde chocan el papel y el aula?<\/h2>\n
Al contrastar esta narrativa con la cotidianidad de nuestras escuelas en M\u00e9xico, surge una tensi\u00f3n inevitable: la brecha entre la pedagog\u00eda y la estructura burocr\u00e1tica<\/strong>. Si bien el modelo propone la horizontalidad, el supervisor promedio sigue atrapado en una red de requerimientos administrativos, estad\u00edsticas de control escolar y la presi\u00f3n de indicadores nacionales que poco tienen que ver con la ‘lectura del territorio’.<\/p>\n\u00bfEs realmente posible pasar del rol de fiscalizador al de mentor cuando las plataformas digitales de la SEP exigen reportes constantes y los tiempos del CTE se consumen en formatos y no en reflexi\u00f3n profunda? El documento propone una utop\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica necesaria, pero choca con la precariedad de recursos, la saturaci\u00f3n laboral y la falta de formaci\u00f3n en mediaci\u00f3n que enfrentan muchos mandos medios. La autonom\u00eda profesional, bajo esta visi\u00f3n, requiere una libertad que el propio sistema, por su dise\u00f1o centralizado, a menudo coarta. La pregunta es si estamos ante una transformaci\u00f3n real de la funci\u00f3n o si simplemente le estamos cambiando el nombre a las mismas tareas de siempre, disfraz\u00e1ndolas con lenguaje t\u00e9cnico de la NEM.<\/p>\n
