El documento propone un modelo donde el supervisor se desprende de la fiscalizaci\u00f3n para convertirse en un co-dise\u00f1ador de estrategias de mejora basadas en el Plan de Estudio 2022.<\/p>\n\u00bfQu\u00e9 propone la resignificaci\u00f3n de la supervisi\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n
El n\u00facleo de esta propuesta es la horizontalidad. Se abandona la jerarqu\u00eda r\u00edgida para adoptar una din\u00e1mica de colegiado reflexivo<\/strong>, donde el diagn\u00f3stico socioeducativo se convierte en la br\u00fajula del quehacer docente. La metodolog\u00eda, dividida en cuatro fases, busca que el supervisor no visite la escuela para se\u00f1alar errores en formatos, sino para interpretar el territorio junto al colectivo. El caso del jard\u00edn \u201cEstefan\u00eda Casta\u00f1eda\u201d ilustra c\u00f3mo esta intervenci\u00f3n, mediante talleres y vinculaci\u00f3n comunitaria, intenta transformar las problem\u00e1ticas de aula en oportunidades de aprendizaje situado.<\/p>\nLa Realidad Escolar: Entre el discurso y el escritorio<\/h2>\n
Al contrastar esta visi\u00f3n con el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en las escuelas mexicanas, surge una interrogante inevitable: \u00bfEs posible la horizontalidad cuando la estructura sist\u00e9mica sigue siendo vertical?<\/strong> En el M\u00e9xico real, muchos directores y docentes siguen atrapados en un laberinto de requerimientos administrativos, estad\u00edsticas y una carga de trabajo que a menudo agota el tiempo destinado a la reflexi\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica profunda. Mientras el documento propone un acompa\u00f1amiento \u201cdiferenciado\u201d, los supervisores se enfrentan a zonas escolares con decenas de planteles, donde la realidad material (falta de infraestructura, conectividad y personal) suele devorar cualquier intento de planeaci\u00f3n idealista.<\/p>\nEl desaf\u00edo no es menor: la autonom\u00eda profesional docente requiere tiempo y estabilidad, dos elementos que la precariedad laboral y la alta movilidad suelen limitar. \u00bfC\u00f3mo transitar hacia un acompa\u00f1amiento colaborativo cuando la cultura escolar mexicana ha sido educada, durante d\u00e9cadas, en la vigilancia punitiva del supervisor? La teor\u00eda de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana es ambiciosa, pero su aterrizaje exige no solo un cambio de actitud del supervisor, sino una transformaci\u00f3n radical en c\u00f3mo el sistema educativo mexicano valora el tiempo del maestro frente al tiempo del bur\u00f3crata.<\/p>\n
Para abrir el debate en nuestra comunidad, dejamos estas dos interrogantes:<\/p>\n
1. \u00bfPuede un supervisor ejercer un liderazgo horizontal genuino sin que la estructura administrativa del sistema lo obligue a volver a la fiscalizaci\u00f3n de formatos?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
