SEP CTE<\/a>, nos presenta el ‘Intercambio Pedag\u00f3gico’ del Sector 11 en Quer\u00e9taro como una respuesta ante el aislamiento docente.<\/p>\nLa estrategia: \u00bfHorizontalidad frente a la burocracia?<\/h2>\n
La propuesta destaca por un cambio de paradigma: la sustituci\u00f3n del acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico-pedag\u00f3gico punitivo por una observaci\u00f3n entre pares. Con una cobertura de 59 escuelas y una log\u00edstica que agrupa a docentes en equipos de tres, el modelo busca aterrizar conceptos abstractos como ‘campos formativos’ y ‘ejes articuladores’ en la realidad de una cancha. La meta es clara: que la planeaci\u00f3n deje de ser un tr\u00e1mite burocr\u00e1tico para convertirse en una herramienta de intervenci\u00f3n motriz real, analizada y retroalimentada en colectivo.<\/p>\n
La Realidad Escolar: El choque entre la teor\u00eda y el patio<\/h2>\n
Desde ‘El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico’, debemos preguntar: \u00bfqu\u00e9 tan lejos est\u00e1 esta estrategia de la realidad que viven miles de docentes en el resto del pa\u00eds? Mientras el Sector 11 apuesta por el di\u00e1logo horizontal, gran parte de los maestros de Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica en M\u00e9xico siguen enfrentando la ‘invisibilidad’ administrativa. La hora semanal lectiva se convierte en una camisa de fuerza que impide procesos de aprendizaje profundo; si la infraestructura es deficiente y el directivo de turno considera la clase como un ‘tiempo muerto’ o una actividad meramente recreativa, \u00bfpuede un intercambio pedag\u00f3gico transformar estructuralmente la calidad educativa?<\/p>\n
La introspecci\u00f3n docente es, sin duda, necesaria, pero el sistema tiende a sofocarla con carga administrativa. La brecha entre lo que el Plan 2022 exige \u2014una formaci\u00f3n global y sist\u00e9mica\u2014 y las condiciones materiales \u2014escuelas sin material deportivo, sin espacios dignos y con un calendario escolar saturado\u2014 es donde la NEM corre el riesgo de volverse letra muerta si no se acompa\u00f1a de una verdadera revalorizaci\u00f3n de la asignatura en el organigrama escolar.<\/p>\n
Reflexi\u00f3n final<\/h2>\n
El esfuerzo del Sector 11 en Quer\u00e9taro es un oasis, pero nos obliga a cuestionar la viabilidad sist\u00e9mica del modelo. Para generar debate, dejamos estas interrogantes en el tintero:<\/p>\n
1. Si la horizontalidad pedag\u00f3gica es la clave para la mejora, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 el sistema educativo mexicano sigue priorizando las visitas de supervisi\u00f3n basadas en la validaci\u00f3n administrativa sobre la observaci\u00f3n entre pares?<\/p>\n
