Balance de cierre:<\/strong> Se propone un ejercicio de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas sobre la implementaci\u00f3n del Plan de Estudio 2022 y la continuidad de las estrategias de salud y cartograf\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nLa Realidad Escolar: Entre el discurso y el escritorio<\/h2>\n
Al contrastar estas orientaciones con la realidad de las escuelas mexicanas, surge una tensi\u00f3n innegable. La teor\u00eda sugiere que el docente debe ser un arquitecto de su propia ense\u00f1anza; pero, \u00bfcu\u00e1nto tiempo real tiene un maestro frente a grupo, agobiado por cargas administrativas y grupos saturados, para reflexionar profundamente sobre su planeaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n
La invitaci\u00f3n a abandonar la ‘planeaci\u00f3n por formato’ suena loable, pero en el terreno, muchos directivos siguen exigiendo evidencias tangibles y r\u00edgidas para cumplir con la supervisi\u00f3n escolar. Existe el riesgo de que, en lugar de una verdadera reflexi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica, el CTE se convierta nuevamente en un ejercicio de llenar formatos que simulen una autonom\u00eda que las condiciones estructurales \u2014infraestructura, conectividad y saturaci\u00f3n de tareas\u2014 a\u00fan no garantizan. Adem\u00e1s, la ‘sistematizaci\u00f3n de experiencias’ es vista por muchos colectivos no como un reconocimiento de su saber, sino como una nueva carga de trabajo que busca, en \u00faltima instancia, validar una pol\u00edtica educativa desde la base, sin que siempre se vea reflejado un beneficio directo en las condiciones laborales del docente.<\/p>\n
Cierre:<\/strong> Las orientaciones nos invitan a reflexionar sobre nuestro quehacer, pero es imperativo cuestionar las condiciones en las que este ocurre. Dejamos abiertas dos interrogantes para el debate en el colectivo:<\/p>\n1. \u00bfEs la sistematizaci\u00f3n de experiencias un mecanismo real de empoderamiento docente o una estrategia para centralizar el conocimiento pr\u00e1ctico en las estructuras administrativas?<\/p>\n
2.
