A trav\u00e9s de la implementaci\u00f3n del Programa de Escuela de Tiempo Completo (PETC), esta instituci\u00f3n ha logrado trascender la gesti\u00f3n administrativa para convertir la jornada ampliada en un laboratorio de inclusi\u00f3n, donde la Lengua de Se\u00f1as Mexicana (LSM) no es solo una herramienta, sino el lenguaje oficial de la equidad.<\/p>\n<h2>Pilares de una transformaci\u00f3n situada<\/h2>\n<p>El \u00e9xito del modelo reside en varios ejes estructurales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inclusi\u00f3n ling\u00fc\u00edstica radical:<\/strong> La capacitaci\u00f3n de todo el personal en LSM garantiza que la barrera de comunicaci\u00f3n se elimine desde la ra\u00edz, no como un servicio externo, sino como cultura institucional.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Co-docencia estrat\u00e9gica:<\/strong> El uso de duplas (instrucci\u00f3n y LSM) permite que el aprendizaje sea fluido y equitativo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Despresurizaci\u00f3n curricular:<\/strong> Al utilizar el horario extendido para talleres de artes y STEAM, los estudiantes y docentes se liberan de la carga de la evaluaci\u00f3n tradicional, permitiendo una pedagog\u00eda basada en el descubrimiento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acompa\u00f1amiento horizontal:<\/strong> La supervisi\u00f3n escolar deja de ser un ente fiscalizador para convertirse en un articulador pedag\u00f3gico dentro del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: Entre el ideal pedag\u00f3gico y la precariedad sist\u00e9mica<\/h2>\n<p>Al contrastar este modelo con la realidad que enfrentan miles de maestros en M\u00e9xico, surge una tensi\u00f3n inevitable. El CAM \u201cHelen Keller\u201d nos demuestra que la innovaci\u00f3n es posible, pero \u00bfes replicable en el contexto de la escuela p\u00fablica promedio? <strong>La realidad nos muestra que muchas escuelas carecen de una plaza \u00fanica para su plantilla<\/strong>, lo que dificulta que el docente pueda permanecer m\u00e1s tiempo en la instituci\u00f3n sin afectar su propia econom\u00eda o sus otros centros de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, mientras este caso de \u00e9xito resalta una supervisi\u00f3n cercana y pedag\u00f3gica, en gran parte del pa\u00eds el supervisor sigue siendo un gestor de oficios y reportes de incidencia. La pregunta es: <strong>\u00bfEstamos pidiendo a los docentes que sean h\u00e9roes pedag\u00f3gicos sin brindarles las condiciones estructurales de permanencia y apoyo interdisciplinario?<\/strong> La educaci\u00f3n inclusiva, tal como se plantea aqu\u00ed, requiere una estabilidad laboral y una autonom\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica que, hoy por hoy, no es la norma en el sistema educativo nacional.<\/p>\n<h2>Reflexiones finales<\/h2>\n<p>El caso de Quer\u00e9taro nos invita a pensar la escuela no como un lugar de transmisi\u00f3n, sino de encuentro humano.
