Seg\u00fan el an\u00e1lisis compartido por el <a href='https:\/\/unamglobal.unam.mx\/global_revista\/autonomia-unam-responsabilidad-gabriela-cruz\/'>IISUE UNAM<\/a>, la autonom\u00eda no es un regalo administrativo, sino un blindaje hist\u00f3rico que faculta a la instituci\u00f3n para gestionar su propia vida acad\u00e9mica, cient\u00edfica y normativa. Gabriela de la Cruz Flores, directora del IISUE, subraya que este estatus no debe entenderse como una isla, sino como un compromiso \u00e9tico con la sociedad.<\/p>\n<h2>La autonom\u00eda: Entre la libertad de c\u00e1tedra y la responsabilidad social<\/h2>\n<p>La autonom\u00eda universitaria, consolidada el 26 de julio de 1929 y blindada hoy en el Art\u00edculo Tercero constitucional, permite a la m\u00e1xima casa de estudios decidir sus programas, su ingreso y su futuro. Los puntos clave de este modelo son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Libertad de c\u00e1tedra:<\/strong> La facultad del docente para investigar y ense\u00f1ar sin sesgos impuestos por ciclos pol\u00edticos coyunturales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autogobierno:<\/strong> La capacidad de designar autoridades y normar la vida acad\u00e9mica internamente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsabilidad social:<\/strong> La obligaci\u00f3n de actualizar planes de estudio frente a los desaf\u00edos tecnol\u00f3gicos y las demandas nacionales, garantizando que el conocimiento no se estanque.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: El contraste fuera del campus<\/h2>\n<p>Al aterrizar estos conceptos en las aulas de educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y media superior en M\u00e9xico, surge una tensi\u00f3n inevitable. Mientras la UNAM presume la soberan\u00eda t\u00e9cnica sobre su modelo educativo, la realidad del maestro frente a grupo en el sistema p\u00fablico suele ser opuesta: una sobrerregulaci\u00f3n administrativa y una constante presi\u00f3n por encajar en los cambios sexenales de pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfPuede hablarse de autonom\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica cuando el docente est\u00e1 atado a una carga administrativa que limita su creatividad?<\/strong> Mientras la universidad celebra su capacidad de autogesti\u00f3n, muchos directivos y docentes en el resto del sistema educativo luchan diariamente por mantener la esencia de su ense\u00f1anza entre la burocracia, la falta de presupuesto y la verticalidad en la toma de decisiones. La autonom\u00eda no deber\u00eda ser un privilegio de las instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior, sino una condici\u00f3n necesaria para que cada escuela, desde el preescolar hasta el nivel medio, pueda adaptar su ense\u00f1anza a la realidad de su propia comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>La autonom\u00eda universitaria exige rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, pero tambi\u00e9n ofrece el espacio para la innovaci\u00f3n. En el aula com\u00fan, el reto sigue siendo c\u00f3mo defender el espacio de libertad de ense\u00f1anza ante un sistema que, a menudo, parece m\u00e1s interesado en la m\u00e9trica que en el pensamiento cr\u00edtico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preguntas para el debate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. \u00bfEs la autonom\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica un derecho que deber\u00eda democratizarse en todos los niveles educativos, o es una condici\u00f3n exclusiva de la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica avanzada?<\/p>\n<p>2.
