Los maestros, en su cotidianeidad, se preguntan: <strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se traducir\u00e1 el fin de la Usicamm en la pr\u00e1ctica?<\/strong> Mientras el discurso pol\u00edtico habla de &#8216;concertaci\u00f3n&#8217;, el docente de base sigue enfrentando una carga administrativa abrumadora que a menudo consume el tiempo destinado a la pedagog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La basificaci\u00f3n es un logro innegable, pero la pregunta persiste: <strong>\u00bfGarantiza la estabilidad laboral una mejora en la calidad de los aprendizajes, o corremos el riesgo de regresar a un modelo donde la lealtad sindical pesa m\u00e1s que la vocaci\u00f3n y la preparaci\u00f3n constante?<\/strong> La salud infantil es loable, pero en muchas escuelas falta infraestructura b\u00e1sica \u2014desde agua potable hasta electricidad\u2014 para implementar estos programas.
