El modelo, con tres d\u00e9cadas de evoluci\u00f3n, intenta dotar al supervisor de un rol como facilitador neurodid\u00e1ctico en lugar de un mero fiscal de formatos.<\/p>\nDel rigor cognitivo a la gesti\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica<\/h2>\n
La propuesta descansa sobre dos pilares que raramente se encuentran en la normativa vigente: el Principio de raz\u00f3n suficiente<\/strong> de Leibniz y la neurociencia aplicada<\/strong>. A trav\u00e9s de la ‘cadena cognitiva’, el modelo busca que el docente no solo ‘ense\u00f1e’, sino que comprenda el sustrato biol\u00f3gico del aprendizaje (memoria, atenci\u00f3n y lenguaje). La estructura se organiza en un ciclo de cuatro fases \u2014conocimiento, planeaci\u00f3n, desarrollo y evaluaci\u00f3n\u2014 que exige un dominio t\u00e9cnico del lenguaje pedag\u00f3gico y, sobre todo, una capacidad de contextualizaci\u00f3n que el Plan 2022 requiere con urgencia. El supervisor, bajo este esquema, se convierte en un arquitecto de estrategias donde la gradualidad y la secuencia evitan la fragmentaci\u00f3n del conocimiento curricular.<\/p>\nLa Realidad Escolar: Entre el ideal te\u00f3rico y la burocracia sofocante<\/h2>\n
Aqu\u00ed es donde el Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico debe cuestionar: \u00bfQu\u00e9 sucede cuando este modelo t\u00e9cnico-sist\u00e9mico choca con la realidad de un supervisor que debe atender 20 escuelas, lidiar con infraestructura deficiente y procesar una carga administrativa que nada tiene que ver con la pedagog\u00eda? La propuesta de la Zona S075 es brillante en su arquitectura, pero desaf\u00eda la cultura organizacional mexicana.<\/p>\n
El maestro frente a grupo, a menudo agotado por el ‘activismo’ escolar \u2014esa necesidad de cumplir con el papeleo antes que con la reflexi\u00f3n\u2014, puede sentir que el rigor te\u00f3rico del modelo es un lujo inalcanzable. \u00bfEs posible ‘conceptualizar’ y aplicar neurociencia cuando las condiciones socioecon\u00f3micas del entorno escolar exigen una atenci\u00f3n inmediata a crisis de disciplina o rezago educativo severo? La profesionalizaci\u00f3n por sistematizaci\u00f3n es, sin duda, el camino, pero requiere un sistema que deje de ver al supervisor como un gestor de documentos y le permita, genuinamente, ser un par acad\u00e9mico que modele la pr\u00e1ctica junto al colectivo.<\/p>\n
