Educaci\u00f3n Futura<\/a>, nos cuestionamos si nuestras instituciones est\u00e1n realmente educando o simplemente gestionando la salida de aquellos que no encajan en un esquema administrativo r\u00edgido.<\/p>\nLa arquitectura del abandono: \u00bfCifras o personas?<\/h2>\n
La deserci\u00f3n no es un evento aislado, sino la suma de fallas estructurales. El documento desglosa una problem\u00e1tica multicausal donde, parad\u00f3jicamente, la propia instituci\u00f3n se convierte en un agente expulsivo. El ‘s\u00edndrome de la reprobaci\u00f3n’ castiga al estudiante con la baja definitiva, ignorando que una calificaci\u00f3n reprobatoria no es necesariamente un s\u00edntoma de incapacidad intelectual, sino a menudo un grito de auxilio ante crisis socioecon\u00f3micas o emocionales.<\/p>\n
El punto central es la obsesi\u00f3n por la eficiencia terminal<\/strong>. Cuando esta se convierte en el KPI (indicador clave de desempe\u00f1o) m\u00e1s importante, el directivo olvida que la educaci\u00f3n es un proceso humano. La gesti\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica se reduce a una vigilancia financiera y administrativa, dejando de lado el acompa\u00f1amiento, la tutor\u00eda real y la flexibilidad que el estudiante actual requiere para mantenerse en el aula.<\/p>\nLa Realidad Escolar: Cuando la norma ahoga la pedagog\u00eda<\/h2>\n
Al contrastar esta teor\u00eda con lo que vivimos d\u00eda a d\u00eda en las instituciones mexicanas, el choque es inevitable. Mientras que en el papel se dise\u00f1an planes de retenci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento, en la realidad docente, el profesor se encuentra sepultado bajo una monta\u00f1a de carga administrativa. \u00bfC\u00f3mo puede un tutor brindar el acompa\u00f1amiento socioemocional que se exige si su tiempo est\u00e1 consumido por el llenado de plataformas, reportes de asistencia y formatos de control escolar que no aportan nada al aprendizaje?<\/p>\n
En M\u00e9xico, el directivo se mueve frecuentemente entre la espada y la pared: debe responder a las autoridades superiores con n\u00fameros ‘limpios’ y una eficiencia terminal aceptable, lo que incentiva, por inercia, la burocratizaci\u00f3n de la expulsi\u00f3n. Es m\u00e1s sencillo tramitar una baja definitiva que gestionar la complejidad de un estudiante con problemas. Hemos normalizado que la deserci\u00f3n sea un ‘error de dedo’ en un reporte, cuando en realidad es el s\u00edntoma de una gesti\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica deficiente que no sabe leer el contexto, la vulnerabilidad ni las necesidades del curr\u00edculum vivido. La brecha entre lo que dice el manual de procedimientos y lo que ocurre frente al grupo sigue siendo el abismo donde se pierde el futuro de miles de j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n
