A trav\u00e9s del documento oficial de la <a href='https:\/\/gestion.cte.sep.gob.mx\/insumos\/docs\/2526_s8_directivos_supervisores_anexo_insumo1.pdf'>SEP CTE<\/a>, se nos propone una transformaci\u00f3n sustancial: pasar de una estructura jer\u00e1rquica a una de horizontalidad y colaboraci\u00f3n. El texto plantea que la mejora educativa no es un acto solitario, sino un tejido colectivo sostenido por la confianza y el liderazgo distribuido.<\/p>\n<h2>Pilares de la nueva gesti\u00f3n: \u00bfTeor\u00eda o realidad?<\/h2>\n<p>El documento articula cuatro ejes fundamentales que pretenden reconfigurar el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en las escuelas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Confianza en el colectivo:<\/strong> Se propone como la base para que el docente pierda el miedo a exponer errores y solicite acompa\u00f1amiento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trabajo colaborativo:<\/strong> Un llamado a organizar las tareas reconociendo las capacidades individuales y no solo la distribuci\u00f3n aleatoria de funciones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liderazgo distribuido:<\/strong> La transici\u00f3n del directivo \u00abemisor de instrucciones\u00bb a un facilitador que fomenta la autonom\u00eda docente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Di\u00e1logo reflexivo:<\/strong> El Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE) debe dejar de ser una lectura pasiva de lineamientos para convertirse en un espacio de deliberaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: El choque entre la normativa y el aula<\/h2>\n<p>Al contrastar estas directrices con el pulso cotidiano de las escuelas en M\u00e9xico, surge una tensi\u00f3n innegable. La teor\u00eda sugiere un entorno de confianza, pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo construirla cuando la carga administrativa sigue priorizando el llenado de formatos sobre la reflexi\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica? Muchos directivos se encuentran atrapados en un rol de \u00abgestores de la burocracia\u00bb, donde la urgencia de reportar datos a la supervisi\u00f3n suele devorar el tiempo destinado a la construcci\u00f3n de comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el concepto de <em>liderazgo distribuido<\/em> asume que existe una estructura de pares lista para colaborar, sin embargo, en muchas zonas escolares, el agotamiento docente y la disparidad en las condiciones laborales dificultan que el \u00abtrabajo colaborativo\u00bb sea una opci\u00f3n org\u00e1nica y no una carga adicional.
