Desde la comodidad de las oficinas centrales, estos acuerdos suenan a victoria pol\u00edtica. Sin embargo, en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de las aulas mexicanas, la narrativa es distinta. El maestro frente a grupo se pregunta: \u00bfser\u00e1 este nuevo modelo un mecanismo realmente meritocr\u00e1tico o simplemente un retorno a las estructuras de gesti\u00f3n que la base ya conoce bien? <\/p>\n
La brecha entre el discurso institucional y la operatividad en el aula es el abismo donde se pierde la confianza magisterial.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Mientras se planea una consulta nacional, el docente sigue enfrentando una carga administrativa abrumadora que a menudo impide que los cambios de sistema se traduzcan en mejores condiciones pedag\u00f3gicas. Adem\u00e1s, la centralizaci\u00f3n de la negociaci\u00f3n promete orden, pero la experiencia nos ha ense\u00f1ado que cuando las decisiones se toman exclusivamente desde la c\u00fapula, la pluralidad de necesidades en las regiones suele quedar eclipsada. \u00bfC\u00f3mo garantizar que la basificaci\u00f3n y la carrera docente no se conviertan nuevamente en herramientas de control pol\u00edtico, sino en derechos que dignifiquen la labor diaria?<\/p>\n
Ante este panorama, dejamos dos preguntas para la reflexi\u00f3n en nuestra comunidad:<\/p>\n
1. \u00bfEs la centralizaci\u00f3n de la negociaci\u00f3n sindical la respuesta efectiva para resolver las problem\u00e1ticas laborales estatales o arriesga con silenciar las necesidades espec\u00edficas de los docentes en zonas rurales y marginadas?<\/p>\n
2. Si la USICAMM ser\u00e1 sustituida, \u00bfcu\u00e1les deber\u00edan ser los criterios innegociables para que el nuevo sistema de promoci\u00f3n docente recupere, de una vez por todas, la confianza y la transparencia ante los ojos del maestro de base?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
