{"id":3037,"date":"2026-07-15T08:19:42","date_gmt":"2026-07-15T14:19:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ddmx.cc\/blog\/archivos\/3037"},"modified":"2026-07-15T08:19:42","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T14:19:42","slug":"autonomia-universitaria-privilegio-de-elite-o-pilar-de-la-libertad-docente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ddmx.cc\/blog\/archivos\/3037","title":{"rendered":"Autonom\u00eda Universitaria: \u00bfPrivilegio de \u00e9lite o pilar de la libertad docente?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n<p>La UNAM cumpli\u00f3 97 a\u00f1os de autonom\u00eda, un estatus consagrado en el Art\u00edculo Tercero constitucional que, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la fecha hist\u00f3rica, plantea una pregunta fundamental sobre la naturaleza de nuestras instituciones educativas. Seg\u00fan el <a href='https:\/\/unamglobal.unam.mx\/global_revista\/autonomia-unam-responsabilidad-gabriela-cruz\/'>IISUE de la UNAM<\/a>, este concepto no es un escudo contra la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, sino una responsabilidad \u00e9tica que faculta a la instituci\u00f3n para gestionar su vida acad\u00e9mica y administrativa lejos de los vaivenes pol\u00edticos sexenales.<\/p>\n<h2>Los pilares de la gesti\u00f3n aut\u00f3noma<\/h2>\n<p>La autonom\u00eda, seg\u00fan la directora del IISUE, Gabriela de la Cruz Flores, se manifiesta en tres vertientes inseparables:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Libertad de c\u00e1tedra:<\/strong> La capacidad de generar conocimiento sin condicionamientos ideol\u00f3gicos externos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Soberan\u00eda t\u00e9cnica:<\/strong> La potestad de dise\u00f1ar sus propios planes de estudio y procesos de ingreso y egreso.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsabilidad social:<\/strong> El compromiso ineludible de actualizarse ante los desaf\u00edos tecnol\u00f3gicos y las necesidades de la naci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>La autonom\u00eda no es un privilegio aislado, sino una responsabilidad institucional que faculta a la universidad para ejercer la libertad de pensamiento en constante di\u00e1logo con la sociedad.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: El choque entre la teor\u00eda y la pr\u00e1ctica cotidiana<\/h2>\n<p>Al analizar este concepto desde la trinchera escolar, surge una disonancia inevitable. Mientras que en la UNAM la autonom\u00eda es un blindaje hist\u00f3rico, en la vasta mayor\u00eda de las escuelas de educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y media superior en M\u00e9xico, la realidad es diametralmente opuesta. El maestro y el directivo de a pie no experimentan esa \u00ablibertad t\u00e9cnica\u00bb; por el contrario, se encuentran sujetos a una centralizaci\u00f3n administrativa asfixiante.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 sucede con la libertad de c\u00e1tedra cuando los programas de estudio, los materiales did\u00e1cticos y los criterios de evaluaci\u00f3n llegan ya preconfigurados desde una secretar\u00eda? En muchas de nuestras escuelas, el docente se ha transformado en un gestor de formatos y un ejecutor de pol\u00edticas que a menudo ignoran la realidad de su contexto local. La autonom\u00eda de la UNAM, como ideal, nos obliga a cuestionar: <strong>\u00bfpor qu\u00e9 hemos permitido que la autonom\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica del docente de a pie se haya diluido bajo la presi\u00f3n de la burocracia administrativa?<\/strong> Mientras la universidad es soberana para decidir su rumbo, el docente promedio parece haber perdido la capacidad de adaptar su ense\u00f1anza a las necesidades urgentes de sus estudiantes frente a la rigidez del sistema.<\/p>\n<p>La autonom\u00eda, para ser real, deber\u00eda permear desde la universidad hasta el aula de preescolar. Sin ella, la educaci\u00f3n se vuelve una correa de transmisi\u00f3n administrativa en lugar de un espacio de pensamiento cr\u00edtico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para reflexionar en los comentarios:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. \u00bfEs la autonom\u00eda un concepto que solo deber\u00eda aplicar a las universidades, o es un requisito indispensable para la dignidad profesional de cualquier docente en M\u00e9xico?<\/p>\n<p>2.
