Seg\u00fan la <a href='https:\/\/unamglobal.unam.mx\/global_revista\/autonomia-unam-responsabilidad-gabriela-cruz\/'>Revista UNAM Global<\/a>, la autonom\u00eda no es un estatuto de aislamiento, sino una facultad cr\u00edtica que permite a la instituci\u00f3n autogobernarse, investigar y ense\u00f1ar sin la tutela de los ciclos pol\u00edticos sexenales. Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 significa realmente esta soberan\u00eda en un pa\u00eds donde las instituciones educativas enfrentan presiones presupuestales y sociales constantes?<\/p>\n<h2>La naturaleza y los alcances de una autonom\u00eda soberana<\/h2>\n<p>Desde la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Ley Org\u00e1nica en 1929, la UNAM ha consolidado un modelo donde la <strong>libertad de c\u00e1tedra<\/strong> es el eje rector. Esta autonom\u00eda, elevada a rango constitucional en el Art\u00edculo Tercero, no es un cheque en blanco; implica una triple responsabilidad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica:<\/strong> La capacidad de definir sus propios planes de estudio y procesos de ingreso.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autogesti\u00f3n normativa:<\/strong> La facultad de designar autoridades y normar su vida interna.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsabilidad social:<\/strong> El compromiso ineludible de mantener el conocimiento actualizado frente a los desaf\u00edos tecnol\u00f3gicos y las demandas de la sociedad mexicana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>La autonom\u00eda es un compromiso \u00e9tico con la sociedad: la libertad otorgada exige una rendici\u00f3n de cuentas constante.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: \u00bfD\u00f3nde termina la autonom\u00eda y empieza la burocracia?<\/h2>\n<p>Al contrastar esta teor\u00eda con la realidad de los maestros y directivos en las aulas de M\u00e9xico, surge una fricci\u00f3n inevitable. Mientras que la autonom\u00eda garantiza a la UNAM una arquitectura de pensamiento libre, el sistema educativo b\u00e1sico y medio superior en el pa\u00eds vive bajo una <strong>hiper-regulaci\u00f3n administrativa<\/strong> que, ir\u00f3nicamente, erosiona la autonom\u00eda del docente en el aula.<\/p>\n<p>Muchos maestros en el sistema p\u00fablico enfrentan una carga burocr\u00e1tica que parece dise\u00f1ada para centralizar decisiones, alej\u00e1ndolos de la capacidad de adaptar sus pedagog\u00edas a las necesidades reales de su comunidad. Si la autonom\u00eda universitaria es el blindaje que permite a la UNAM ser un ente autogestivo y flexible ante las crisis, nos preguntamos: <strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 el resto de nuestras instituciones educativas operan bajo una estructura de comando y control que limita la libertad de c\u00e1tedra y la toma de decisiones contextualizada en el terreno?<\/strong> Mientras el docente de a pie debe cumplir con formatos, plataformas y lineamientos a menudo ajenos a su realidad local, la autonom\u00eda se percibe no como una realidad democr\u00e1tica, sino como un estatus diferenciado y lejano.<\/p>\n<h2>Cierre<\/h2>\n<p>La autonom\u00eda, al ser una facultad hist\u00f3rica, nos obliga a cuestionar la estructura de nuestro sistema educativo nacional. Ante este panorama, les invito a reflexionar:<\/p>\n<p>1. \u00bfEs posible aspirar a una verdadera libertad de c\u00e1tedra en las aulas de educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica si no se descentraliza la toma de decisiones administrativa desde la ra\u00edz?<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00bfLa autonom\u00eda universitaria debe ser un modelo a seguir para todo el sistema educativo nacional o es, por su propia naturaleza, un privilegio exclusivo de las instituciones de investigaci\u00f3n de alto nivel?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo La conmemoraci\u00f3n del 97\u00b0 aniversario de la autonom\u00eda de la UNAM nos invita a reflexionar sobre un pilar fundamental de nuestra vida p\u00fablica.
