La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica ha publicado las orientaciones para la Octava Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Escolar (CTE), las cuales pueden consultarse directamente en el <a href='https:\/\/gestion.cte.sep.gob.mx\/insumos\/docs\/2526_s8_orientaciones_directivos_supervisores.pdf'>Portal Oficial de la SEP<\/a>. El documento nos invita a reflexionar sobre la construcci\u00f3n de comunidades de aprendizaje, el liderazgo pedag\u00f3gico y la sistematizaci\u00f3n de experiencias. Sin embargo, detr\u00e1s de la narrativa de la autonom\u00eda profesional, surge la necesidad de cuestionar qu\u00e9 tanto de este dise\u00f1o se traduce en bienestar docente y cu\u00e1nto se queda en el terreno de la simulaci\u00f3n administrativa.<\/p>\n<h2>Desglose: \u00bfQu\u00e9 nos pide la autoridad?<\/h2>\n<p>El n\u00facleo de esta sesi\u00f3n se divide en tres ejes fundamentales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n Integral:<\/strong> Se propone un balance del Programa de Mejora Continua, analizando si el Programa Anal\u00edtico fue una herramienta viva o un simple requisito de archivo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liderazgo y Acompa\u00f1amiento:<\/strong> A trav\u00e9s de 10 casos de estudio nacionales, se intenta promover que el supervisor deje de ser un fiscalizador y se convierta en un tutor pedag\u00f3gico.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sistematizaci\u00f3n y Consulta:<\/strong> Se lanza una invitaci\u00f3n a participar en la Consulta Nacional sobre la autonom\u00eda profesional y se promueven estrategias como la &#8216;Cartograf\u00eda Pedag\u00f3gica Multigrado&#8217; y ferias de salud centradas en el consumo de frijol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: El contraste<\/h2>\n<p>Si bien la teor\u00eda educativa que emana del documento es loable, el docente frente a grupo en M\u00e9xico se enfrenta a una brecha palpable. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se vive esta &#8216;comunidad de aprendizaje&#8217; en escuelas donde la infraestructura es deficiente, la conectividad es nula y la carga administrativa consume el tiempo destinado a la planeaci\u00f3n? La solicitud de &#8216;sistematizar narrativas pedag\u00f3gicas&#8217; suena, para muchos maestros, como una tarea extra m\u00e1s en una agenda que ya est\u00e1 saturada de bit\u00e1coras, reportes y evaluaciones nacionales.<\/p>\n<p>El llamado a un &#8216;liderazgo acompa\u00f1ante&#8217; por parte de supervisores y directivos es, sin duda, un ideal necesario; no obstante, en el sistema mexicano, gran parte de esta figura sigue atrapada en la gesti\u00f3n de conflictos, la presi\u00f3n sindical y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas hacia estructuras superiores. Cuando la normativa pide evaluar el &#8216;Programa Anal\u00edtico&#8217;, la pregunta que flota en el aire de las salas de maestros no es te\u00f3rica, sino pragm\u00e1tica: \u00bfC\u00f3mo logramos que este documento sea \u00fatil para mejorar el aprendizaje, en lugar de ser solo un papel m\u00e1s que debemos mostrar ante la autoridad?<\/p>\n<h2>Reflexi\u00f3n final<\/h2>\n<p>La Octava Sesi\u00f3n promete ser un espacio de cierre cr\u00edtico. Pero la verdadera transformaci\u00f3n de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana no ocurrir\u00e1 por la calidad de las orientaciones, sino por la capacidad de los colectivos para transformar la exigencia burocr\u00e1tica en pr\u00e1ctica significativa. Ante esto, el Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico les plantea dos interrogantes:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00bfEs posible consolidar la autonom\u00eda profesional cuando el docente sigue supeditado a los tiempos y formatos que dicta la estructura oficial del CTE?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos transitar de la sistematizaci\u00f3n como &#8216;requisito de la autoridad&#8217; a la sistematizaci\u00f3n como una herramienta de autoconocimiento real para el colectivo docente?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo Llegamos a la recta final del ciclo escolar 2025-2026.
