Cuando escuchamos promesas de una \u00abnueva carrera docente\u00bb, el docente que lleva a\u00f1os esperando su promoci\u00f3n o su basificaci\u00f3n se pregunta: <strong>\u00bfcambiar\u00e1 el sistema el fondo del problema o solo cambiar\u00e1 el nombre de las trabas administrativas?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la realidad escolar mexicana, el maestro promedio no solo lucha contra la burocracia de la USICAMM, sino contra la desconexi\u00f3n que existe entre los acuerdos federales y el pago de sueldos o prestaciones en las entidades. La centralizaci\u00f3n de la negociaci\u00f3n es una jugada estrat\u00e9gica del sindicato, pero en la pr\u00e1ctica, el docente sigue enfrentando la falta de insumos, la saturaci\u00f3n administrativa y la incertidumbre de las jubilaciones. \u00bfServir\u00e1 esta nueva consulta nacional para escuchar la voz de quien est\u00e1 frente a grupo, o ser\u00e1 nuevamente un ejercicio de validaci\u00f3n institucional?<\/p>\n<p>El reto es monumental: lograr que la \u00abpol\u00edtica de basificaci\u00f3n\u00bb no sea solo una cifra en un informe, sino una garant\u00eda tangible para miles de docentes que viven en la precariedad laboral. La pol\u00edtica educativa, por muy t\u00e9cnica que sea, debe traducirse en estabilidad para que el docente pueda enfocarse, finalmente, en lo \u00fanico que deber\u00eda importar: la ense\u00f1anza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cierre:<\/strong> Ante esta nueva ruta trazada por el SNTE y la SEP, dejamos dos preguntas para el debate en la comunidad docente:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>1.
