Seg\u00fan lo reportado por <a href='https:\/\/unamglobal.unam.mx\/global_revista\/autonomia-unam-responsabilidad-gabriela-cruz\/'>UNAM Global<\/a>, la directora del IISUE, Gabriela de la Cruz Flores, se\u00f1ala que la autonom\u00eda es una responsabilidad que faculta a la instituci\u00f3n para autogobernarse, ejercer la libertad de c\u00e1tedra y responder a las demandas sociales sin la intervenci\u00f3n directa de ciclos pol\u00edticos. Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 significa realmente este blindaje cuando lo trasladamos de la teor\u00eda jur\u00eddica a la operatividad diaria de la ense\u00f1anza en M\u00e9xico?<\/p>\n<h2>Los pilares de un autogobierno hist\u00f3rico<\/h2>\n<p>La autonom\u00eda universitaria, consolidada en 1929, no naci\u00f3 como una d\u00e1diva, sino como una conquista frente a la presi\u00f3n estatal. En t\u00e9rminos operativos, este estatus se traduce en tres dimensiones fundamentales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Libertad de c\u00e1tedra:<\/strong> La capacidad t\u00e9cnica de decidir qu\u00e9 y c\u00f3mo se ense\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n normativa:<\/strong> La potestad de dictar procesos internos de ingreso, permanencia y designaci\u00f3n de autoridades.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsabilidad social:<\/strong> El compromiso \u00e9tico de mantener planes de estudio pertinentes frente a una realidad tecnol\u00f3gica en constante cambio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>La autonom\u00eda no es un privilegio aislado, es una condici\u00f3n necesaria para que el conocimiento no se convierta en una extensi\u00f3n del discurso gubernamental de turno.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: El choque entre la teor\u00eda y la gesti\u00f3n cotidiana<\/h2>\n<p>Al contrastar esta autonom\u00eda con el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en las escuelas de educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y media superior en M\u00e9xico, el choque es inevitable. Mientras que en la UNAM se habla de soberan\u00eda acad\u00e9mica, los docentes en el resto del sistema educativo a menudo enfrentan una realidad donde la autonom\u00eda ha sido sustituida por una estandarizaci\u00f3n administrativa asfixiante. <\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEs posible hablar de libertad de c\u00e1tedra cuando el dise\u00f1o curricular llega impuesto desde una visi\u00f3n centralizada que deja poco margen a la adaptaci\u00f3n contextual del profesor? Para el maestro frente a grupo, la \u00abautonom\u00eda\u00bb de su propia planeaci\u00f3n se ve reducida por la carga burocr\u00e1tica y los procesos administrativos que dictan el \u00e9xito escolar a trav\u00e9s de indicadores de cumplimiento y no necesariamente de calidad pedag\u00f3gica. Mientras la UNAM lucha por mantenerse a la vanguardia bajo un modelo autogestivo, gran parte del sistema educativo mexicano se debate entre seguir una directriz pol\u00edtica un\u00edvoca o arriesgarse a innovar en un terreno donde la libertad de pensamiento suele confundirse con la disidencia institucional. La verdadera pregunta es: \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 los mecanismos de autogesti\u00f3n de la m\u00e1xima casa de estudios no han logrado permear, como un derecho exigible, hacia la dignificaci\u00f3n del magisterio en todos los niveles?<\/p>\n<h2>Reflexiones para el debate<\/h2>\n<p>La historia de la autonom\u00eda nos invita a mirar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las paredes de Ciudad Universitaria para cuestionar el estado actual de nuestra ense\u00f1anza.
