El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n

Recientemente, el maestro Alfonso Cepeda Salas, Secretario General del SNTE, emiti\u00f3 un mensaje con motivo del cierre del ciclo escolar 2025-2026, disponible en SNTE Noticias<\/a>. En este comunicado, la c\u00fapula sindical hace un balance institucional donde se exalta el papel del magisterio, del personal de apoyo y la relevancia de los Consejos T\u00e9cnicos Escolares como ejes de la profesionalizaci\u00f3n docente.<\/p>\n

Desglose: Entre la institucionalidad y la sistematizaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

El mensaje oficial busca consolidar tres pilares: primero, el reconocimiento protocolario a la labor docente como motor del sistema educativo. Segundo, una reafirmaci\u00f3n de la identidad gremial frente a los retos de la escuela p\u00fablica. Y tercero, y quiz\u00e1s el m\u00e1s relevante desde lo operativo, la transici\u00f3n hacia el ciclo 2026-2027, marcada por la invitaci\u00f3n a participar en la convocatoria de ‘Sistematizaci\u00f3n de una experiencia escolar en comunidad de aprendizaje’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La sistematizaci\u00f3n, en teor\u00eda, busca que el conocimiento nacido de la experiencia en el aula no se pierda, sino que se convierta en una pol\u00edtica de mejora pedag\u00f3gica constante.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

La Realidad Escolar: Cuando el discurso choca con el escritorio<\/h2>\n

Al analizar este mensaje, surge una interrogante ineludible: \u00bfqu\u00e9 tan lejos est\u00e1 esta narrativa de las trincheras del aula? Mientras el discurso oficial habla de ‘comunidades de aprendizaje’ como espacios de reflexi\u00f3n, el docente promedio en M\u00e9xico termina el ciclo escolar sumergido en una carga administrativa asfixiante.<\/p>\n

La propuesta de sistematizar experiencias, aunque pedag\u00f3gicamente valiosa, suele percibirse en las escuelas como un tr\u00e1mite m\u00e1s, un requisito documental que se suma a las actas de CTE, los reportes de evaluaci\u00f3n y la gesti\u00f3n de infraestructura que, con frecuencia, los mismos maestros y directivos deben resolver por cuenta propia. \u00bfEstamos sistematizando la innovaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica o estamos sistematizando la burocracia para justificar el cumplimiento de metas administrativas?<\/strong> La brecha entre lo que se planea desde las altas esferas y lo que se vive en una escuela con carencias materiales o contextos sociales complejos sigue siendo, lamentablemente, profunda.<\/p>\n

Cierre: El ciclo 2025-2026 ha quedado atr\u00e1s y la mirada se desplaza hacia el siguiente calendario. Pero el \u00e9xito de esta nueva etapa no depender\u00e1 de la ret\u00f3rica, sino de la capacidad del sistema para reducir la carga administrativa y permitir que el docente, efectivamente, se dedique a ense\u00f1ar.<\/p>\n
