El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo<\/h2>\n

En las oficinas de control escolar de todo el pa\u00eds, el tr\u00e1mite de ‘baja definitiva’ es una constante silenciosa. Sin embargo, detr\u00e1s de cada formato firmado, existe una trayectoria acad\u00e9mica truncada y un proyecto de vida que se desvanece. En el art\u00edculo Exclusi\u00f3n y educaci\u00f3n superior: un caso de baja definitiva<\/a>, publicado en Educaci\u00f3n Futura<\/em>, se plantea una interrogante que nos toca a todos: \u00bfestamos gestionando instituciones o simplemente administrando n\u00fameros?<\/p>\n

Desglose: Entre la norma y la ausencia<\/h2>\n

La deserci\u00f3n escolar en M\u00e9xico no puede entenderse como un fen\u00f3meno unidimensional. El an\u00e1lisis nos revela varias aristas cr\u00edticas:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • La multicausalidad:<\/strong> El estudiante no se va solo por ‘falta de ganas’; se va por crisis socioecon\u00f3micas o familiares que la universidad rara vez detecta a tiempo.<\/li>\n
  • El s\u00edndrome de la reprobaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Normativas r\u00edgidas castigan al alumno con la baja definitiva, incluso cuando su desempe\u00f1o acad\u00e9mico (promedios de 8 o 9) demuestra que el problema no es intelectual, sino de acompa\u00f1amiento.<\/li>\n
  • La trampa de la ‘Eficiencia Terminal’:<\/strong> Este indicador se ha convertido en una m\u00e9trica que, lejos de ser un est\u00e1ndar de calidad, funciona como un velo para ocultar la incapacidad institucional de retener al estudiante.<\/li>\n
  • La comunicaci\u00f3n inexistente:<\/strong> El alumno que busca una baja temporal por una emergencia suele encontrarse con un muro burocr\u00e1tico que lo empuja, inevitablemente, hacia la baja definitiva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    La Realidad Escolar: \u00bfQui\u00e9n carga con el abandono?<\/h2>\n

    Como maestros y directivos en M\u00e9xico, sabemos que el papel aguanta todo, pero el aula no. En nuestras instituciones, el docente a menudo se siente atado de manos: quiere atender la crisis socioemocional del alumno, pero la carga administrativa \u2014llena de formatos de seguimiento que nadie lee y reportes para la SEP\u2014 consume el tiempo que deber\u00eda ser para la tutor\u00eda efectiva.<\/p>\n

    La eficiencia terminal es una meta pol\u00edtica para el 2030, pero en los pasillos, la realidad es que el trabajo colegiado se ha reducido a la vigilancia financiera, dejando de lado el diagn\u00f3stico real del ‘curr\u00edculum vivido’.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Existe una desconexi\u00f3n brutal: mientras los indicadores exigen que no haya alumnos reprobados para ‘inflar’ la eficiencia, el sistema no provee las herramientas para evitar el abandono. \u00bfEstamos realmente educando, o nos hemos convertido en filtros selectivos que premian la supervivencia del alumno m\u00e1s apto ante la burocracia, en lugar de fomentar la equidad?<\/p>\n

    La deserci\u00f3n, vista desde el escritorio de un directivo, es un error en la base de datos. Vista desde el pupitre, es la derrota de una misi\u00f3n educativa que prometi\u00f3 transformar vidas. Si las instituciones no aprenden a diagnosticar sus propias deficiencias antes de culpar al estudiante, las metas hacia el 2030 ser\u00e1n, nuevamente, solo papel mojado.<\/p>\n
