Sin embargo, detr\u00e1s de las estad\u00edsticas de eficiencia terminal se esconden historias donde el sistema, lejos de ser un trampol\u00edn, act\u00faa como un tamiz burocr\u00e1tico. En el art\u00edculo <a href='https:\/\/www.educacionfutura.org\/exclusion-y-educacion-superior-un-caso-de-baja-definitiva\/'>\u00abExclusi\u00f3n y educaci\u00f3n superior: un caso de baja definitiva\u00bb publicado en Educaci\u00f3n Futura<\/a>, se nos presenta un espejo inc\u00f3modo: la brecha entre la ret\u00f3rica de calidad y la realidad de una gesti\u00f3n institucional que prioriza los n\u00fameros sobre las trayectorias humanas.<\/p>\n<h2>Desglose: \u00bfD\u00f3nde falla el engranaje?<\/h2>\n<p>La problem\u00e1tica central expuesta no es t\u00e9cnica, sino estructural. El an\u00e1lisis identifica puntos cr\u00edticos que merecen una reflexi\u00f3n urgente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La trampa de la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas:<\/strong> La gesti\u00f3n se mide por indicadores financieros, no por la capacidad de retenci\u00f3n. Cuando los reportes directivos maquillan la deserci\u00f3n, se pierde la oportunidad de diagnosticar el fracaso sist\u00e9mico.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El mito de las causas externas:<\/strong> Se suele culpar a la situaci\u00f3n socioecon\u00f3mica del estudiante por su baja, evadiendo la responsabilidad institucional de ofrecer esquemas de flexibilidad pedag\u00f3gica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diagn\u00f3sticos situados, no generalizados:<\/strong> Cada estudiante que abandona la carrera es un caso cl\u00ednico diferente. La normativa r\u00edgida de control escolar ignora que una crisis (robo, hambre, salud) no deber\u00eda ser una condena acad\u00e9mica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Desconexi\u00f3n de figuras de apoyo:<\/strong> Existe una infraestructura de tutor\u00eda y psicopedagog\u00eda que, en la pr\u00e1ctica, permanece inactiva o desarticulada de las necesidades reales del alumno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: \u00bfAdministraci\u00f3n o Pedagog\u00eda?<\/h2>\n<p>Como maestros y directivos en el contexto mexicano, conocemos bien este escenario: la \u00abcarga administrativa\u00bb no es solo papeleo, es una cultura de vigilancia. Muchos colegas enfrentan el dilema diario de aplicar un reglamento punitivo contra un estudiante talentoso cuya \u00fanica falta ha sido no tener dinero para el pasaje o la renta tras la crisis post-pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>La realidad en nuestras aulas es que el sistema prefiere dar de baja a un alumno antes que ajustar un proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n o extender una tutor\u00eda. \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos ingenieros, m\u00e9dicos o humanistas hemos perdido en el camino porque el sistema de control escolar no sabe distinguir entre un estudiante que no quiere aprender y uno que no puede continuar por barreras externas? La gesti\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica actual, obsesionada con los indicadores de eficiencia, ha olvidado que una <em>instituci\u00f3n que aprende<\/em> es aquella que adapta sus procesos para acompa\u00f1ar, no para expulsar.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abLa eficiencia terminal no deber\u00eda ser solo un indicador estad\u00edstico para los informes, sino un term\u00f3metro de la capacidad institucional para retener, acompa\u00f1ar y transformar la vida de los estudiantes.\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00bfEs posible transformar la gesti\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica en nuestras instituciones sin que el sistema nos penalice por flexibilizar la normativa? \u00bfEstamos dispuestos, como gremio, a priorizar el acompa\u00f1amiento pedag\u00f3gico sobre el estricto cumplimiento del reglamento, incluso si eso complica los reportes burocr\u00e1ticos?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico: An\u00e1lisis de fondo En el discurso oficial, la educaci\u00f3n superior se presenta como el motor de movilidad social en M\u00e9xico.
