Pero, \u00bfes esta propuesta un cambio de paradigma real o una reinvenci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica de lo que siempre debi\u00f3 ser la funci\u00f3n del supervisor?<\/p>\nLa propuesta: De la fiscalizaci\u00f3n a la sinergia<\/h2>\n
El modelo planteado propone cuatro fases de intervenci\u00f3n: lectura de realidad, dise\u00f1o de estrategias, operatividad y evaluaci\u00f3n constante. El enfoque abandona la jerarqu\u00eda tradicional para apostar por un colegiado reflexivo<\/strong> donde la supervisi\u00f3n se vuelve un acto situado. Al documentar el caso del Jard\u00edn \u201cEstefan\u00eda Casta\u00f1eda\u201d, la zona demuestra que al involucrar a los padres en talleres de crianza y al docente en el an\u00e1lisis de su propia pr\u00e1ctica, el aprendizaje se vuelve comunitario y no solo curricular.<\/p>\nLa Realidad Escolar: El choque con el territorio<\/h2>\n
Aqu\u00ed es donde nuestra labor en El Pizarr\u00f3n Cr\u00edtico<\/em> nos obliga a mirar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del documento. En M\u00e9xico, la figura del supervisor suele estar asfixiada por una carga administrativa que demanda el llenado incesante de minutas, reportes y requerimientos de las autoridades estatales. \u00bfC\u00f3mo puede un supervisor ejercer un acompa\u00f1amiento horizontal<\/em> cuando el sistema le exige ser, al mismo tiempo, el auditor de procesos operativos?<\/p>\nLa territorializaci\u00f3n<\/em> del curr\u00edculo es un ideal pedag\u00f3gico potente, pero en la pr\u00e1ctica, muchas zonas escolares carecen de la infraestructura y el tiempo para sostener talleres con padres tres veces por semana. Existe una tensi\u00f3n evidente entre la exigencia de la NEM por una autonom\u00eda docente plena y la realidad de una estructura jer\u00e1rquica que, a menudo, sigue premiando el cumplimiento burocr\u00e1tico sobre la calidad del di\u00e1logo pedag\u00f3gico. \u00bfEstamos realmente listos para democratizar la toma de decisiones, o estamos solo a\u00f1adiendo una capa m\u00e1s de complejidad t\u00e9cnica a la gesti\u00f3n educativa?<\/p>\nCerramos este an\u00e1lisis dejando las siguientes interrogantes para nuestra comunidad de maestros y directivos:<\/p>\n
1. \u00bfEs posible construir una relaci\u00f3n de confianza horizontal con la supervisi\u00f3n cuando el supervisor conserva, por dise\u00f1o sist\u00e9mico, la facultad de evaluar el desempe\u00f1o docente?<\/strong><\/p>\n2.
