Sin embargo, detr\u00e1s de cada baja definitiva hay una historia que la instituci\u00f3n decidi\u00f3 no escuchar. Bas\u00e1ndonos en el reciente an\u00e1lisis de <a href='https:\/\/www.educacionfutura.org\/exclusion-y-educacion-superior-un-caso-de-baja-definitiva\/'>Educaci\u00f3n Futura<\/a>, exploramos c\u00f3mo la gesti\u00f3n administrativa se ha convertido, parad\u00f3jicamente, en el mayor obst\u00e1culo para la permanencia escolar.<\/p>\n<h2>Del estudiante al expediente: El espejismo de la eficiencia<\/h2>\n<p>La problem\u00e1tica analizada revela que la deserci\u00f3n no es un fen\u00f3meno espont\u00e1neo, sino un s\u00edntoma de fallas estructurales. El documento subraya varios puntos cr\u00edticos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La trampa de la eficiencia terminal:<\/strong> Este indicador, lejos de ser un term\u00f3metro de calidad, se utiliza a menudo como un maquillaje estad\u00edstico. Se contabiliza la meta sin auditar el proceso.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El s\u00edndrome de la reprobaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Normativas r\u00edgidas que castigan al estudiante, incluso a aquellos con buen desempe\u00f1o acad\u00e9mico que atraviesan crisis personales, transformando un traspi\u00e9 en una expulsi\u00f3n definitiva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Desconexi\u00f3n asistencial:<\/strong> Las universidades han sustituido la tutor\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica y el acompa\u00f1amiento socioemocional por un tr\u00e1mite burocr\u00e1tico: el formato de baja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: La trinchera frente al papel<\/h2>\n<p>Al contrastar esta teor\u00eda con el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en los planteles de M\u00e9xico, surge una tensi\u00f3n innegable. Para el docente frente a grupo, el mandato institucional es claro: <em>se debe ser exigente<\/em>. Sin embargo, \u00bfqu\u00e9 significa ser exigente cuando el estudiante enfrenta carencias econ\u00f3micas extremas o crisis de salud mental que la escuela ignora?<\/p>\n<p>El directivo, presionado por los indicadores de la administraci\u00f3n central, suele ver la deserci\u00f3n como una &#8216;depuraci\u00f3n&#8217; necesaria para que los n\u00fameros de la instituci\u00f3n luzcan saludables ante la secretar\u00eda. En la realidad escolar, el trabajo colegiado se agota en la planeaci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica, dejando poco espacio para la planeaci\u00f3n institucional que rescate al alumno en riesgo. La pregunta es: <strong>\u00bfEstamos formando profesionales o estamos administrando un embudo donde solo sobrevive quien no tiene problemas externos?<\/strong> La excesiva carga administrativa que sufren tanto maestros como directivos ha desplazado la misi\u00f3n social por la misi\u00f3n contable. Si un docente detecta a un alumno en crisis, \u00bfqu\u00e9 canales reales tiene para actuar, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de llenar un reporte que termina en el fondo de un archivo?<\/p>\n<h2>Reflexi\u00f3n final<\/h2>\n<p>La verdadera calidad educativa no reside en la rigidez de los reglamentos, sino en la capacidad de las instituciones para adaptarse a la realidad humana de quienes las integran. La meta 2030 no se alcanzar\u00e1 con mejores formatos de baja, sino con mejores estrategias de retenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para generar debate, les pregunto:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. \u00bfEs la &#8216;eficiencia terminal&#8217; un indicador de \u00e9xito educativo o simplemente una herramienta de control administrativo que ignora el contexto socioecon\u00f3mico del estudiante?<\/p>\n<p>2.
