\u00bfQu\u00e9 sucede realmente en los centros escolares cuando el escalaf\u00f3n se decide en una asamblea y no en un proceso objetivo? Para el maestro frente a grupo en M\u00e9xico, esta din\u00e1mica genera una fractura en la \u00e9tica profesional. La realidad escolar nos muestra a docentes con alta preparaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica que ven frenadas sus aspiraciones de promoci\u00f3n simplemente por no alinearse a la facci\u00f3n dominante de su secci\u00f3n sindical.<\/p>\n
En el aula, esta situaci\u00f3n se traduce en una desmoralizaci\u00f3n silenciosa. Cuando el directivo escolar pierde la capacidad de gestionar su propia plantilla frente a la presi\u00f3n de los grupos sindicales, la autoridad institucional se debilita. El estudiante es, en \u00faltima instancia, el m\u00e1s afectado: no solo por la p\u00e9rdida de d\u00edas de clase, sino por un entorno educativo donde la lealtad pol\u00edtica sustituye a la excelencia pedag\u00f3gica. \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos hablar de una verdadera revalorizaci\u00f3n docente si el acceso a los derechos laborales sigue siendo un privilegio otorgado por una c\u00fapula pol\u00edtica y no un derecho garantizado por una instituci\u00f3n transparente?<\/p>\n
Reflexiones para la reconstrucci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n
La propuesta de fortalecer instituciones independientes y transparentar la asignaci\u00f3n de plazas suena, en teor\u00eda, necesaria. Pero la pregunta es: \u00bfestamos dispuestos a ceder el control de la carrera docente a sistemas tecnocr\u00e1ticos sin riesgo de caer en nuevos vicios? La disyuntiva entre el control sindical y la gesti\u00f3n institucional es el punto ciego de nuestra educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
La reconstrucci\u00f3n del sistema educativo requiere desvincular los derechos laborales de la lealtad pol\u00edtica, trasladando la gesti\u00f3n a manos de instituciones independientes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
