Seg\u00fan lo reportado por <a href='https:\/\/profelandia.com\/4t-devolvio-la-tranquilidad-y-certeza-laboral-al-magisterio-sep\/'>Profelandia<\/a>, el discurso oficial se centra en la revalorizaci\u00f3n, la estabilidad laboral y la basificaci\u00f3n masiva como ejes de esta nueva etapa educativa.<\/p>\n<h2>Pilares de la narrativa oficial<\/h2>\n<p>El mensaje gubernamental sostiene que la estabilidad es la base de la mejora pedag\u00f3gica. Entre los puntos clave destacan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Revalorizaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> El docente deja de ser visto como un objeto de evaluaci\u00f3n punitiva y es catalogado como un agente de transformaci\u00f3n social.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estabilidad laboral:<\/strong> La cifra oficial se\u00f1ala m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n 200 mil maestras y maestros basificados, presentados como el mayor logro de certeza jur\u00eddica para el gremio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica:<\/strong> Se resalta un incremento salarial promedio superior al 70% desde 2018, contrast\u00e1ndolo con un modelo previo que, seg\u00fan el secretario, atentaba contra la seguridad del trabajador.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar<\/h2>\n<p>Sin embargo, al contrastar esta narrativa con el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en los centros escolares, surgen interrogantes necesarias. Si bien la basificaci\u00f3n representa un alivio tangible para la incertidumbre del maestro frente a grupo, \u00bfse ha traducido realmente esta &#8216;paz laboral&#8217; en una mejora del aprendizaje en el aula? La realidad escolar mexicana a menudo se siente ajena a las altas cifras de la burocracia central.<\/p>\n<p>Muchos directivos enfrentan hoy una carga administrativa que parece haber aumentado en proporci\u00f3n directa a las nuevas exigencias de gesti\u00f3n, mientras que los docentes, a pesar de la basificaci\u00f3n, lidian con infraestructura deficiente, falta de insumos y una presi\u00f3n psicosocial creciente derivada de las crisis comunitarias que atraviesan sus alumnos. \u00bfEs la estabilidad salarial un fin en s\u00ed mismo o un requisito m\u00ednimo para poder empezar a hablar de una verdadera transformaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica?
