Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n difundida por <a href='https:\/\/snte.org.mx\/blog\/convocatoria-titulacion-26\/'>SNTE Noticias<\/a>, este proceso busca regularizar la situaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica de los docentes de nuevo ingreso y aquellos en promoci\u00f3n, ofreciendo canales digitales para facilitar la gesti\u00f3n documental.<\/p>\n<h2>Desglose de la convocatoria<\/h2>\n<p>El n\u00facleo de esta iniciativa descansa en el <strong>Acuerdo Secretarial 01\/01\/22<\/strong>, que dicta los criterios normativos para que los egresados de las instituciones formadoras de docentes obtengan su t\u00edtulo profesional. Entre los puntos clave destacamos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Centralizaci\u00f3n digital:<\/strong> El SNTE facilita la descarga de los anexos y bases, buscando reducir los traslados f\u00edsicos de los trabajadores.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Homologaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Se pretende que todos los docentes cuenten con el reconocimiento pleno ante la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SEP).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proyecci\u00f3n profesional:<\/strong> La obtenci\u00f3n del t\u00edtulo no es solo un tr\u00e1mite, sino el requisito indispensable para aspirar a procesos de promoci\u00f3n vertical y horizontal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar<\/h2>\n<p>Sin embargo, al contrastar esta normativa con el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en los centros educativos, surge una pregunta necesaria: <em>\u00bfEs el tr\u00e1mite digital una soluci\u00f3n real o simplemente una externalizaci\u00f3n de la carga administrativa hacia el docente?<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La realidad del maestro frente a grupo en M\u00e9xico suele ser una carrera de obst\u00e1culos: entre la planeaci\u00f3n, el reporte administrativo constante y las carencias de infraestructura, el tiempo para gestionar una titulaci\u00f3n se percibe a menudo como una carga adicional que compite con su vocaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Si bien la digitalizaci\u00f3n promete eficiencia, el sistema educativo a menudo se topa con la burocracia de los archivos f\u00edsicos que a\u00fan persisten en las oficinas regionales.
