IISUE UNAM<\/a>, es imperativo analizar c\u00f3mo pasamos de ser una estructura de control colonial a buscar una educaci\u00f3n universal y aut\u00f3noma.<\/p>\nDel control administrativo a la cuna de la autonom\u00eda<\/h2>\n
La historia nos revela que la universidad naci\u00f3 con un ADN muy distinto al que hoy defendemos. En 1551, la instituci\u00f3n no buscaba la democratizaci\u00f3n del saber, sino la profesionalizaci\u00f3n de la burocracia imperial. Con apenas una matr\u00edcula inicial de unos 115 estudiantes en sus primeros a\u00f1os, el objetivo era claro: formar cuadros que sostuvieran el aparato administrativo y eclesi\u00e1stico de la Nueva Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n
El camino hacia la actual UNAM fue tortuoso. La clausura definitiva en 1865 no fue un fracaso, sino el punto de quiebre necesario para que, tras la visi\u00f3n de Justo Sierra en 1910 y la lucha por la autonom\u00eda de 1929, el conocimiento se desprendiera de las cadenas del dogma para convertirse, al menos en teor\u00eda, en un bien p\u00fablico al servicio de la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo social.<\/p>\n
La Realidad Escolar: \u00bfHerederos de la \u00e9lite o agentes de cambio?<\/h2>\n
Como maestros y directivos, al contrastar esta historia con nuestra realidad, surge una tensi\u00f3n inevitable. La Real y Pontificia Universidad fue creada para excluir<\/strong>; nuestra labor actual, en cambio, se mide por la capacidad de incluir<\/strong>. Sin embargo, \u00bfno arrastramos todav\u00eda vicios de aquella burocracia fundacional?<\/p>\nEn el aula y en la gesti\u00f3n escolar del M\u00e9xico contempor\u00e1neo, el docente a menudo se siente m\u00e1s parecido a aquel antiguo ‘bur\u00f3crata del sistema’ que al facilitador del pensamiento cr\u00edtico. La carga administrativa, el exceso de formatos y la centralizaci\u00f3n de los procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n parecen ecos de un modelo que fue dise\u00f1ado, precisamente, para controlar y no para liberar. Mientras el discurso oficial exige una educaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y aut\u00f3noma, el d\u00eda a d\u00eda escolar a veces se pierde en una gesti\u00f3n r\u00edgida que prioriza el cumplimiento de normativas externas sobre el desarrollo de la autonom\u00eda docente.<\/p>\n
La gran paradoja es que, a pesar de los siglos, el docente mexicano sigue lidiando con una estructura que oscila entre el ideal de la autonom\u00eda universitaria y la presi\u00f3n de un sistema que, hist\u00f3ricamente, ha preferido la obediencia sobre la creaci\u00f3n intelectual.<\/p>\n
\u00bfHasta qu\u00e9 punto nuestra pr\u00e1ctica docente actual ha logrado romper con la herencia de una educaci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ada para el control administrativo, y cu\u00e1nto de ‘bur\u00f3crata’ sigue esperando el sistema de nosotros en el aula?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
\u00bfEs posible hablar de una verdadera autonom\u00eda educativa en nuestras escuelas cuando los procesos de gesti\u00f3n siguen centrados en la jerarqu\u00eda y no en la libertad de c\u00e1tedra? Invitamos a los docentes y directivos a reflexionar: \u00bfestamos formando ciudadanos cr\u00edticos o simplemente estamos preparando a los nuevos funcionarios del sistema?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
